Clinical Observation Of Zishui Qinggan Decoction In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Depression

Objective:To treat type 2 diabetes with depression by using Zishui Qinggan Decoction,and to specifically predict the quality of life through depression,self-rating depression scale,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,TCM syndrome,and diabetes quality of life.The effect of the sex scale is to evaluate its therapeutic effect and provide a basis for clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes with depression.Methods: Among the 60 patients with type 2 diabetes with depression who were diagnosed as Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given the Zishui Qinggan drink in the basic treatment and basic medicine treatment.Addition and subtraction,water to record the two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM clinical syndrome scores,depression self-rating scale(SDS),diabetes quality of life specific scale,related clinical indicators and comprehensive analysis and comparison.Results: before treatment,there was no significant difference in general observation between the experimental group and the control group.After treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of glycemic index,depression score,syndrome score,and quality of life score,with statistical significance.At the same time,there were no significant adverse reactions in patients throughout the study.Conclusion: zishui qinggan decoction plus or minus for the treatment of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney type 2 diabetes with depression,compared with the western medicine treatment group,not only in the glycemic index control better,but also can significantly improve the clinical depression symptoms of patients.It provides a new idea for clinical work.
