Objective:To explore Zishui qinggan potion the addition and subtraction of the Treatment of perimenopausal syndrome kidney yin deficiency liver depression clinical efficacy,to explore a practical,clinical easy to promote individualized treatment plan to promote the traditional Chinese medicine of new drugs for the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine aroundmenopausal syndrom provide an effective basis.Method:58cases of dialectical perimenopausal syndrome kidney yin deficiency liver depression use of before and after treatment,self-control a unified score,according to Chinese medicine clinical symptom score sheet and modified Kupperman score table to calculate the integral value before and after treatment,into the patients disease duration,severityrelationship with the efficacy of using spssl3.0line statistical analysis.Results:In58patients,the cure rate is12.07%(7cases),markedly improvement rate is25.86%(15cases),improvement rate is51.72%(30cases),and the ineffective rate is10.34%(6cases),the total effective rate is89.65%;Side,especially in improving hot flashes,sweating,irritability,insomnia,xiongxie pain and other symptoms of the effect of significantly(P<0.01);The difference is significant before and after treatment(P<0.01).Course of the disease was no correlation with efficacy(P>0.01);The severity and efficacy had a certain correlation(P<0.01).The full course of treatment found no significant side effects.Conclusion:The zishui qinggan potion addition and subtraction to determine the treatment of kidney yin liver depression perimenopausal syndrome,and worthy of promotion.
