Clinical Study Of Yi Qi Yang Yin Decoction In Treating Diabetic Kidney Disease (G3aA2 Stage) Of Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and security of Yi Qi Yang Yin Decoction in treating patients with diabetic kidney disease(G3a A2 stage)of qi and yin deficiency syndrome.Methods: Select 64 patients who meet the diagnosis of diabetic kidney disease(G3a A2 stage)with syndrome of qi and yin deficiency syndrome,the experimental group and control group were randomly assigned after 2 weeks of washout period.The two groups of patients were routinely treated with western medicine,the experimental group was treated with Yi Qi Yang Yin Decoction(Decoction 200 ml,twice daily after half an hour of meal);while the control group was given Losartan Potassium Tablets(100mg,qd).After 12 weeks of treatment,observe two groups of patients before and after the treatment the urinary albumin/creatinine(UACR),cystatin C(Cys-C),serum creatinine(SCr),fasting blood sugar(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)and the changes of TCM symptoms.Results: A total of 61 patients completed 12 weeks of observation,including 31 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.There was no statistical difference in laboratory indicators and TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment,comparable(P >0.05).After treatment,in the experimental group the levels of UACR,SCr,Cys-C,FBG,Hb A1 c were all significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.01 or P <0.05);after treatment,UACR,Cys-C,FBG were different between the two groups(P <0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of the TCM group in the experimental group improved significantly,the effective rate in the experimental group was 90%,after treatment,the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 71%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 43%,the total effective rate of the experimental group in treating this disease was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Yi Qi Yang Yin Decoction combined with basic treatment of DKD(G3a A2 phase)patients with qi and yin deficiency can improve clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms,reduce urinary protein excretion,delay the decline of early renal function,and regulate blood sugar levels slow the progress of DKD.
