Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Yushenlu Combined With ARB In The Treatment Of Proteinuria In Stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ Diabetic Nephropathy

Purpose: To review the therapeutic effects on using Jiawei Yushen dew with ARB(Aomeisha)to treat diabetic kidney disease proteinuria(diabetic nephropathy,qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).To analyze the safety of Jiawei Yushen dew and its effects on the clinical symptoms and physical and chemical results of Chinese medicine for diabetic kidney disease during stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ.Summarize the curative effects and advantages of Jiawei Yushen Dew on the treatment of diabetic kidney disease proteinuria in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ.Based on this,the mechanism of treating diabetic kidney disease in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ was studied.It provides effective and safe treatment measures and basis for the clinical treatment of diabetic kidney disease proteinuria.Material and Method: Reviewing to the formulation of inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,a total of 58 patients who met the requirements for outpatient or inpatient treatment of renal medicine in the Liaoning traditional Chinese medicine hospital from October 1st,2016 to October 31 st,2018 were selected.Both the treatment group and the control group were 29 cases.The treatment group(group A)was treated with both Jiawei Yushen dew and ARB(Aomeisha),while the control group(group B)was treated with ARB(Aomeisha)only.Four weeks is one course,treatment for 4 sessions.Record the physical and chemical indicators such as serum creatinine,24-hour urine total protein,glycosylated hemoglobin A1 c and TCM symptom points before and after treatment and monitor the relevant physical and chemical indicators such as blood urea nitrogen,blood pressure,and blood sugar,and perform statistical analysis of the data to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of each group.Results: 1.For the physical and chemical indicators of 24 h UTP,Scr and Hb A1c:Compared with the before treatment,the two groups of 24 h UTP,Scr and Hb A1 c both reduced(P<0.05).The level of 24 h UTP was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM symptom points:Compared with the before treatment,the levels of TCM symptom points in both groups were reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of TCM symptom points was lower for the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Jiawei Yushen dew with ARB(Aomeisha)can improve the indicators of 24 h UTP,Scr and Hb A1 c in patients with diabetic kidney disease during stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,and has a stronger therapeutic effect on 24 h UTP.2.Jiawei Yushen dew with ARB(Aomeisha)can reduce the TCM symptom points in patients with diabetic kidney disease during stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,which is more obvious.3.The effect of Jiawei Yushen dew with ARB(Aomeisha)in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease proteinuria in stage III~IV was stronger.
