Clinical Study Of Dingxian Granule In The Treatment Of Delayed Epilepsy After Stroke Of Phlegm-heat Internal Disturbance

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Dingxian Granule on delayed epilepsy after stroke of phlegm-heat internal disturbance type,And using the relevant theory of traditional Chinese medicine to make a new explanation and discussion on this disease,so a new diagnosis and treatment method for delayed epilepsy after stroke was found.Methods: All subjects were selected from December 2017 to November 2018 in the Department of Weifang traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,who met the inclusion criteria of delayed epilepsy after stroke of phlegm-heat internal disturbance type,a total of 64 cases.All cases were in accordance with the inclusion criteria,dialectical for phlegm heat internal disturbance syndrome.64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group have 32 cases.In the course of the study,2 cases were lost in the treatment group and 1 case was lost in the control group.The treatment group was treated with routine neurology,Antiepileptic drugs and Dingxian Granule.The control group was treated with routine neurology and Antiepileptic drugs.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment and 3 consecutive courses of treatment.The curative effect was evaluated after 3 courses of treatment.After the course of treatment,the change of attack frequency,the TCM syndrome score,EEG integral and(MoCA)score were observed.Data analysis using SPSS20.0 statistical software after obtaining the corresponding data.Measuring data conforming to normal distribution were tested by t test,paired sample t test was used forintra-group comparison,independent sample t test was used for inter-group comparison,to express the data by using The mean ± standard deviation.Rank sum test was used for measurement data and grade data which did not conform to the normality,Chi-square test was used for counting data.P was bilateral test,P<0.05 had significant difference,P<0.01 had extremely statistical significance.Results: By comparing the frequency of seizures,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 74.19%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).By comparing the TCM syndrome score,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was83.87%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).By comparing the EEG integral,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 93.55%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).By comparing the(MoCA)score,the total effective rate in the treatment group was83.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 54.52%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The above results show that the treatment group is superior to the control group in terms of epileptic seizure frequency,TCM syndrome,EEG effect and cognitive function.In the course of treatment,there were no obvious changes in blood routine,liver function and other laboratory indexes,and no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion: Dingxian granule can significantly reduce the frequency of delayed epilepsy after phlegm-heat internal disturbance stroke,improve TCM symptoms,improve EEG,promote the recovery of cognitive function of patients,and improve the prognosis.
