Purpose:Observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia with phlegm-heat internal disturbance,to explore the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia and the advantages of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy,so as to provide a basis for clinical promotion.Material and method:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.7 days,1 course of treatment,2 courses of continuous treatment.After treatment,the efficacy of insomnia was assessed by the efficacy evaluation criteria of insomnia,the overall sleep quality of patients was assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI),and the symptoms of phlegm-heat internal disturbance were assessed by TCM symptom score table.The scores of TCM symptoms and PSQI of patients were followed up for 2 weeks.The data were processed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:1.During the whole experiment,2 patients in the control group failed to complete the treatment due to personal reasons.2.The clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%;the total effective rate of the control group was 67.8%;the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.In the Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)score,after 2 weeks of treatment,the PSQI indicators and total scores of the two groups decreased in varying degrees,with significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.05);in the treatment group and the control group,the PSQI indicators and total scores were compared,including sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime disorders and total scores were significantly different(P < 0.05).Therewas no difference in other items(P > 0.05).4.In TCM symptom score,insomnia,distress,chest and wrist distress,phlegm,bitter mouth,dizziness and dizziness were improved in both groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05);the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving insomnia,distress,dizziness and dizziness(P < 0.05).5.After 2 weeks of follow-up,there were significant differences in TCM symptom score and PSQI total score between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good clinical efficacy.2.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and simple traditional Chinese medicine treatment can improve the overall sleep quality of insomnia patients with phlegm-heat internal disturbance and the symptoms of phlegm-heat internal disturbance of traditional Chinese medicine.3.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can better improve the patients’ daytime disorders,shorten sleep time,improve sleep efficiency,prolong sleep time;better improve the symptoms of insomnia,distress,dizziness and dizziness.
