Clinical Study On The Effect Of Bushen Hemai Decoction In Treating Kidney Damage Caused By H-type Hypertension Of Kidney Qi Deficiency

Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Hemai decoction in treating kidney damage caused by H-type hypertension of kidney qi deficiency,evaluate the clinical effect of Bushen Hemai decoction,and provide new ideas for the treatment of kidney damage caused by H-type hypertension.Methods: 120 patients falling ill with kidney damage caused by H-type hypertension and conforming to the standards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases.The control group was given basic treatment,antihypertensive drug and folic acid tablets;the experimental group was given basic treatment,antihypertensive drug,folic acid tablet and Bushen Hemai granule.After 8 weeks,To observe the homocysteine level and β2-microglobulin,cystatin C,urine microalbumin,and renal function.The size of the kidney,resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI),maximum flow velocity and minmum flow velocity was assessed using color Doppler ultrasonography.Results:Two group have no statistics significance before treatment(P >0.05).Both groups can reduce systolic blood,homocysteine,β2-microglobulin,cystatin C,Urinary albumin,resistance index(RI),pulsation index(PI),increase maximum flow velocity and minimum flow velocity,the difference of two group have statistics significance(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Both groups were able to reduce diastolic blood pressure(P <0.05),but there was no significant significance between the two groups(P >0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of the size of kidney,and there was no significant significance between the two groups(P >0.05).Both groups can improve the symptoms of kidney qi deficiency in patients,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Bushen Hemai decoction can not only improve the symptoms of patients kidney damage caused by H-type hypertension of kidney qi deficiency,but also reduce the levels of β2-microglobulin,cystatin C and urinary microalbumin and improve renal hemodynamics.Pressure and homocysteine level control can reduce the risk factors.It is poined out the basic that Bushen Hemai decoction have positive significance for delaying and reversing the progress of early renal damage caused by H-type hypertension,Bushen Hemai decoction is worthy to be popularized.
