The Clinical Study Of Bushen Yixin Tablet To The Interference Treatment On Early Renal Damage Among Patients Of Hypertension With Diabetes

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of hospital preparation-bushen yixin tablets to the interference treatment on early renal damage and protection of heart and kidney among patients of hypertension with diabetes.Methods100 patients conforming to the diagnostic standard were randomly assigned to experimental group(bushen yixin tablets group,n=50)and control group(placebo group,n=50).All the patients were in a washout period(t=1week).after that,patients were over to the hypotensor regime of Dihydropyridine calcium antagonist with less influence to MAU,or combined use of β-blocker or diuretics if blood pressure was in poor control and without taking Chinese herbs or Chinese patent medicine during all the treatment period.Insulin secret or Insulin sensitizers or combined use were chosen to be the oral glucose lowing therapy.Both groups used the same prescription and bushen yixin tablets were added to experimental group.At last,we compared the baseline levels before treatment between two groups and organized and analyzed the data of blood pressure,Hb A1 c,m Al B,ACR,Cys C,LDL-C,PLA2,liver and renal function and three big conventions.Resultsamong 100 patients of hypertension with diabetes,m ALB、Cys C、LDL-C、PLA2 and the other indexes which prompted the early renal damage and atherosclerosis had different degrees of elevation in the case of normal index with creatinine,liver function and three big conventions,which indicated a phenomenon of early injury to heart and kidney.Texts showed that the curative effect of experimental group in indexes of m ALB、Cys C、LDL-C with early renal damage and LDL-C with early cardiac damage were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Besides,the results showed that the difference of ACR in the experimental group and the control group in before and after intervention were positively correlated with the difference of m ALBN PLA2(P<0.05).ConclusionThe comparison between the two groups after treatment indicated that the combined use of Bushen Yixin tablets with the oral antihypertensive drugs and hypoglycemic drugs had the effect of reducing the Cys C and LDL-C of m ALBX ACRN,and the possibility of clinical efficacy of bushen yixin tablets to the protection of heart and kidney.The correlation between ACR and m ALB were confirmed by the correlation analysis of difference in before and after intervention in the control group on one hand.On the other hand,it was suggested that PLA2 changed positively with the change of ACR.PLA2 also decreased when ACR level was lowered.PLA2 was considered as an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease and its value was positively correlated with the risk of coronary heart disease.Therefore,reducing ACR could reduce the risk of coronary heart disease,indirectly suggesting that Bushen Yixin tablet can improve cardiac function by improving renal function.there was no significant difference in creatinine,liver function,three major routines,electrocardiogram before and after treatment.It suggested that Bushen Yixin tablet had no obvious side effects to liver and kidney and blood vessel.It was proved that Bushen Yixin tablet was safe and effective in improving early renal damage and reducing cardiovascular risk.
