Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Hemai Granules in the treatment of Renal Qi Deficiency Hypertension,and to explore the mechanism of Bushen Hemai Granules in treating hypertension from the perspective of intestinal flora,and provide support and new exploration directions for TCM treatment of hypertension.Methods:1.Clinical study:A total of 60 patients with hypertension diagnosed as Renal Qi Deficiency Hypertension were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and a treatment group(n=30).The control group was treated with standardized antihypertensive treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Hemai Granules combined with antihypertensive treatment,and the treatment period was Eight weeks.Blood pressure,TCM syndrome changes and safety indicators of hypertensive patients before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed.2.Intestinal flora study:In the clinical study control group and treatment group,subjects were randomly selected as the conventional hypertension treatment group(n=15)and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(n=15),and the two groups together were treated as hypertension group(n=30),and volunteers with normal blood pressure were collected as healthy group(n=10).We collected stool samples of hypertensive patients before and after treatment and healthy people were,and used 16S rDNA highthroughput sequencing technology to detect intestinal flora,compared the differences in intestinal flora between hypertensive patients and healthy people,observed and compared the differences in intestinal flora between two groups of hypertensive patients before and after treatment.Results:1.Clinical research:After treatment,blood pressure in the two groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the blood pressure reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The effective rates of blood pressure reduction in the treatment group and control group were respectively 86.70%and 90.00%,there was no significant difference in the antihypertensive effect(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of ma.in symptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).In addition,the main symptom scores and total scores of the treatment group after treatment with Bushen Hemai Granules were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rates of improving TCM syndromes in the control group and treatment group were 70.00%and 93.33%,respectively.,and the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group(P<0.05).2.Intestinal flora study:(1)Compared with healthy people,the intestinal Clostridiaceae and Ruminococcacea.e in patients with Renal Qi Deficiency Hypertension were significantly increased(P<0.05),and Nocardiaceae,Moraxellaceae,Burkholderiaceae and Oxalobacteraceae were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the content of Coprobacillus,Blautia,Faecilibacterium,Coprococcus and Bifidobacterium decreased.(2)After treatment with Bushen Hemai Granules,the diversity and uniformity of intestinal flora in patients with Renal Qi Deficiency Hypertension increased significantly(P<0.05),and the diversity and uniformity of the changes were better than those after conventional treatment(P<0.05),Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes decreased,and Ruminococcaceae and Tissierellaceae increased significantly(P<0.05),the content of Lactobacillaceae,Lactobacillus and Faecalibacterium increased,and the content of Clostridiaceae decreased.Conclusion:1.Bushen Hemai Granules have significant antihypertensive effect on hypertension with Renal Qi Deficiency Hypertension,and can significantly improve clinical symptoms.2.There are some differences between the intestinal flora of healthy people and hypertensive patients with Renal Qi Deficiency Hypertension.The intestinal flora changed after the treatment of Bushen Hemai Granules.It is speculated that Bushen Hemai Granules participate in the regulation of physiological functions of the human body by improving the structure of the intestinal flora,and achieve good effects of lowering blood pressure and improving clinical symptoms. |
