The Clinical Research Of Zixu Gegen Decoction In The Treatment Of Threatened Abortion With Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type And Effect On The Level Of Blood Homocysteine

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zixu Gegen Decoction in the treatment of threatened abortion with spleen and kidney deficiency type,and the effect of Zixu Gegen Decoction on serum homocysteine（Hcy）,β-human chorionic Gonadotropin（β-h CG）,progesterone（P）,estradiol（E₂）related indicators in patients with threatened abortion.The clinical treatment of abortion expands the thinking of diagnosis and treatment and provides research directions.Methods:Sixty patients with Early Threatened Abortion who met the criteria of spleen and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Zixu Gegen Decoction,didrogesterone and erovir,while the control group was only treated with didrogesterone and erovir.After 3 weeks of treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms,Hcy,beta-h CG,P and E2 were observed and recorded,and the growth of embryos（fetuses）under gynecological color Doppler ultrasound was recorded.Statistical analysis was made on the data,and the difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 93.3%and 80%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.The total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 93.3%and 83.3%.There was a significant difference in the curative effect of TCM between the two groups（P<0.05）.There was a significant difference in the scores of clinical symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment（P<0.01）.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P<0.05）.The level of serum Hcy in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.There was significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.The improvement of serum E₂level in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.There was significant difference between groups （P<0.01）.The improvement of serum P andβ-h CG levels in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Zixu Gegen Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of threatened abortion with spleen and kidney deficiency type.It can reduce serum Hcy level in threatened abortion patients,improve the blood perfusion of uterus and embryo during pregnancy.It can also increase maternal nutritional supply to embryos,increase the serum levels ofβ-h CG,P and E_2。It can inhibit contraction of uterine smooth muscle,promote fetal growth and development,avoid early abortion,improve the success rate of fetal protection.
