Medicine Kidney Qi To Cooperate With The Progesterone Treatment (kidney) Clinical Efficacy Of Threatened Abortion

Objective:To observe the effect of Bushenyiqi decoction combined with Progestin on the threatened abortion(Asthenia of Kidney)and the change of sexual hormone.Methods:1 Selected of the targetUsing the randomized controlled trial,58 patients were divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group(43 patients)and the control group(15 patients).The distribution of age,course of disease,pathogenic condition were comparable.And the integral of pre-therapy traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the two groups had no significant difference (P＞0.05).2 Treatment methods:Bushenyiqi decoction combined with Progestin was used in the treatment group,and only Progestin was used in the control group. Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment,meanwhile the lever ofβ-HCG,P were measured.3 Observation indexes:The integral of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the lever of bloodβ-HCG,P,the blood routine urinary routine,hepatic function and renal function of the treatment group were measured before and after the treatment.4 Curative effect assessmentSynthesis curative effect assessment;The integral of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome penthemeron5 Statistical treatment:The measurement data analyses with t test,and the enumeration data analyses with chi-square test.While the ranked data been tested by Ridit analysis.P＞0.05 demonstrates no significant difference,P＜0.05 demonstrates significant difference,P＜0.01 demonstrates highly significant difference.Results:1 In treatment group,13 patients were cured,19 patients were treated excellent.In control group,2 patients were cured,4 patients were treated excellent.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.02%and 80.00%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).2 After treating,the levers of bloodβ-HCG,P of the two groups were significantly improved,there were significant deviation(P＜0.05).The levers of bloodβ-HCG,P of the two groups after treating have no significant difference(P＞0.05).3 Both could significantly depress the integral of clinical symptom after the treatment.There was significant difference between these two groups on these symptoms improvement after the treatment(P＜0.05).4 After the correlativity analysis,we find out that the curative effect was not correlated with the age and the period of pregnancy,while the clinical effects of lower stage was probably better than the other. The patients who have the history of spontaneous abortion were probably worse than the other.5 There is no abnormal changes for the treatment group in blood routine,urinary routine,hepatic function and renal function after the treatment.It indicates that Bushenyiqi decoction combined with Progestin have no harmful reaction,and it is safe in the course of clinical application.Conclusion:Bushenyiqi decoction combined with Progestin can improve the levers of bloodβ-HCG,P,can treat threatened abortion(Asthenia of Kidney), and ameliorate the correlate symptoms through regulating the body as a whole.It is safe and effective.
