The Clinical Research Of Jiawei Zixu Gegen Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Threatened Abortion On Estradiol（E₂）、Progesterone（P） And Effect On The Uterine Spiral Artery Blood Flow

Objective:This paper mainly studies the patients with threatened abortion,to analyze the therapeutic effect of Jiawei self prepared Gegen Decoction on patients and the changes of the levels of diol（E₂）and progesterone（P）after the use of drugs,and to explore the situation of fetal development.Jiawei Zixu Gegen Decoction’s clinical effect on threatened abortion provides new diagnostic ideas and research directions for Chinese medicine to treat threatened abortion.Methods:According to the principles and methods of clinical randomized,and controlled trials,60 patients with early threatened.abortion who met.the criteria for kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,each of which was equal.Among them,the control group.was given only.progesterone ester tablets,and the other group was given.modified Zixu Gegen Decoction on the.basis of the former,and the treatment time was 14 days.Observe and record the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after taking the medicine,the scores of TCM.syndromes before and after treatment,the resistance index（RI）and pulsatility index（PI）.of the uterine spiral artery blood flow,E₂,P,β-hCG,statistically analyze the data,and compare the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between.the two groups before the TCM symptom score treatment（P>0.05）,there was a very significant difference in the treatment group after treatment（P<0.01）,and there was a significant difference in the control group（P<0.05）.There is a significant difference.between the two groups（P<0.05）;the comparison after treatment shows that the total.effective rates of the two groups’ comprehensive clinical efficacy are 90%and 76.7%,.respectively,and there is a significant.difference（P<0.05）;2.Treatment Comparison of the indicators before and after the patients:Through the comparison between the groups,the serum E₂,P,arterial PI,RI values of the two groups of patients before.treatment were not significantly different（P>0.05）;after treatment,the E₂ and P levels of the treatment group.There was a very significant difference in internal comparison（P<0.01）,and a significant difference in the control group（P<0.05）.The improvement effect of serum E₂ and P.levels in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups（P<0.05）;In addition,the uterine spiral arterial blood flow index values of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment,the PI comparison was significantly different（P<0.05）,and the RI comparison was extremely significant（P<0.01）.Comparison between groups There was no statistical difference in PI comparison（P>0.05）,and there was a significant difference in RI comparison（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Jiawei Zixu Gegen Decoction.can regulate the endocrine.function of patients with early.threatened abortion,.effectively increase the.patient’s serum E₂ and.P levels,improve clinical symptoms,and improve the patient’s uterine spiral arterial blood flow level,increase the blood flow perfusion of the pregnant uterus and embryo,thereby improving the mother’s body Nutritional support for embryos;to a large extent,it can ensure the healthy development of the fetus and relieve the symptoms of threatened abortion,and avoid the occurrence of early miscarriage.
