and late.The early threatened abortion,it is pointed out that signs now before 12 weeks of pregnancy abortion.With the increase of pressure in modern society,environmental pollution and other various factors,the incidence of the disease showed a trend of rising,if treated timely and properly,you can continue to pregnancy.If not timely and appropriate treatment,symptom severity,will become inevitable abortion,cannot continue to get pregnant.Threatened abortion for pregnant women and their families often do a lot of psychological panic,the adverse consequences associated with heavy blow often give a lot of families,influence family harmony.Therefore,the treatment of the disease has a great clinical significance.This study is about the life of fetal pill treatment of kidney empty early threatened abortion type of clinical research,understand the solid renal fetus method for treatment of kidney deficiency type early threatened abortion,and pure western medicine treatment,for kidney fetus method to provide certain guiding basis in the treatment of threatened abortion.Method1.Collect data: a total of 62 patients,all are in October 2012-October 2015 in our hospital(shiyan)of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of TCM gynecology clinic patients,meet the into the early threatened abortion(type of syndrome of kidney empty)standards.According to the experiment requirement,patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,named the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine group,the Chinese medicine group of 31 patients,31 patients with western medicine group.2.Treatment methods: the TCM group was given one life of fetal pill and subtract taking(drug ingredients: dodder 30 g,10 g(Yang)donkey-hide gelatin,radix dipsaci,mulberry parasitism 20 g,12 g 12 g atractylodes,dangshen 15 g,12 g)of the bark of eucommia,at the same time,according to the patient’s symptoms of different to add and subtract the formulas;Western medicine according to the common treatment to give oral flexor progesterone therapy,10 mg each time,once every 8 hours,the first dose of 40 mg [1],asked two groups of patients with bed rest,don’t tired [2].Each treatment group with 1 week for a period of treatment,the two procedures.Before and after therapy in patients with vagina the bleeding,abdominal pain and related clinical results of change,to understand the curative effect.Statistical analysis of the results with SPSS19.0 software: grade data with rank and inspection,count data by chi-square chi-square test,measurement data using t test,on the basis of bilateral inspection.If P < 0.05 for think have statistical significance.Result1.In the process of observation,the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group respectively without authorization in the process of eliminating treatment discontinuation in 1 case.2.Comprehensive clinical curative effect comparison: after 2 courses of treatment,the clinical curative effect of 2 groups were synthetically evaluation,heal: group of 25 cases of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine group(19 cases);TCM group 3 cases,4 cases of western medicine group;Effective: the traditional Chinese medicine group in 1 case,4 cases of western medicine group;Invalid: group 1 case of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine group(3 cases).Therefore,the total effective rate was: the traditional Chinese medicine group was 93.33%,the western medicine group 90%.Before and after treatment,2 groups there were significant differences(P < 0.05);We compare results after treatment,the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group were significant differences(P < 0.05),suggesting the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group is higher than western medicine group.3.On the average time needed for clinical symptoms eased,group 3.32 days of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine group 6.08 days,comparable(P < 0.05),Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group.4.Judge according to the B ultrasonic examination pregnant bursa development situation,development degree of pregnant bursa is: the Chinese medicine group > Western medicine group.5.Changes on the basis of β-HCG serum growth evaluation,two patients serum β-HCG therapy after 2 group were higher than before treatment,and P < 0.05,with a difference.2 treatments were more effective spuc role.But the groups of patients after treatment serum β-HCG statistical calculation,P < 0.05.So the curative effect of 2 groups can be thought of from high to low order as: Chinese medicine group > Western medicine group.6.According to the change of the before and after treatment,E2,P,3 groups after treatment serum P and E2 values are higher than before treatment,and the rise of Chinese medicine group > Western medicine group.By statistical calculation,the difference is significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionLife of fetal pill and subtract can effectively improve kidney primarily related to clinical symptoms of early threatened abortion,which can effectively improve the symptoms of vaginal bleeding,promote β-HCG,P,serum E2 value growth,is advantageous to the pregnant bursa growth.Life of fetal pill for kidney deficiency type threatened abortion curative effect is clear. |
