Study Of Traditional Chinese Medical Constitution Distribution And Its Correlation Of Essential Hypertension In Luzhou Area

Objective:The purpose of this study is to understand the traditional Chinese medical constitution distribution of essential hypertension in Luzhou area and analyze the correlation essential hypertension and their traditional Chinese medical constitution distribution;From the perspective of Chinese medicine health intervention,it targets at traditional Chinese medical constitution regulation and providing theoretical support for preventing essential hypertension,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the incidence and complications of essential hypertension.Methods : It measured and determined the type of the patient’s traditional Chinese medical constitution by The classification and decision table of traditional Chinese medical constitution issued by the China association of Chinese medicine,in 2009,and at the same time,collected their basic information and the related clinical data.It chose 322 qualified patients that were diagnosed with essential hypertension in a three-graded traditional Chinese medicine hospital medical center between December 2016 and October 2017 as the Case group,and 327 cases of normal people as control group to conduct a status quo investigation.Using Excel to set up the database and SPSS17.0 to analyze the data.Results:In this study,there was no statistically significant in age,height,sex,occupation,job nature,marital status and smoking(P>0.05)between the 322 cases in Case group and the 327 cases in control group;While the two groups had statistical significant in body weight,BMI,education,diet,alcohol,exercise and family history(P<0.05);In the Case group,there was a statistically significant difference between the blood pressure grading and the distribution of Gentleness constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution and Blood-stasis constitution(P<0.05);In the Case group,the order of these traditional Chinese medical constitution was: Phlegm-damp constitution(27.0%)、Gentleness constitution(24.8%)、Qi-deficiency constitution(14.0%)、Yang-deficiency constitution(10.6%)、Yin-deficiency constitution(9.3%);In the control group,the order was: Gentleness constitution(50.8%)、Phlegm-damp constitution(16.2%)、Qi-deficiency constitution(7.6%)、Blood-stasis constitution(6.1%)、Yang-deficiency constitution(4.9%)、Yin-deficiency constitution(4.9%),There was a statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05);When these 9 constitution of traditional Chinese medical constitutions and the essential hypertension were inserted into the Logistic regression model,it showed that:Yang-deficiency constitution(OR=7.035),Yin-deficiency constitution(OR=4.958)、 Qi-deficiency constitution(OR=3.801)and Phlegm-damp constitution(OR=3.054)may be related to essential hypertension(P<0.05);When these 4 essential hypertension related constitutions and demographic and behavioral characteristics were inserted into the Logistic regression model,it showed that sex,BMI and exercise had an influence on Phlegm-damp constitution(P<0.05).Conclusion:In Luzhou area,people with Yang-deficiency constitution,Yin-deficiency constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution and Phlegm-damp constitution may be related to essential hypertension,in the future through the above four kinds of conditioning,reduce the incidence of primary hypertension.Phlegmy wet sex,BMI,and exercise is controls the influence factors of quality,So in the future,we can change the traditional Chinese medical Constitution according to the characteristics of sex、BMI and exercise of people,to prevent the occurrence of essential hypertension.
