Study Of Correlation Between Phlegm Dampness Of Essential Hypetrension And Traditional Chinese Medical Constitution

Objective:Conduct on essential hypertension patients in the Department oftraditional Chinese medicine of Shandong provincial hospital with a questionnairesurveys,using the Chinese constitution classification rules and decision table and scale,inorder to establish the linear regression model, and to find out correlation between phlegmdampness of Essential hypertension and traditional chinese medical constitution,describing the relationship between the two according to the literature.Methods:After getting a diagnosis of essential hypertension patients，inform consent ofphlegm dampness and SDS score on， further to the dialectical is phlegmdampness hypertensive patients with chinese Constitution classification. Using thestatistical software for hypertension of phlegm dampness patients’ age,gender, body massindex (BMI) were analyzed and other basic information,and using a stepwise multiplelinear regression method, determination and phlegm dampness related traditional ChineseMedicine Constitution type.Results:1. This study received a total of70valid questionnaires，the average age is55years old,41males,29females. The use of antihypertensive drugs in patients with a totalof65people, accounting for92.86%of the total number of respondents. The1level of28cases of hypertension,35cases of grade2hypertension,7cases of grade3hypertension.2. Body mass index in this study was26.16kg/㎡square meters, the highest value of35.32kg/㎡square meters;6cases of obesity, accounting for8.57%of the totalnumber,53cases of overweight, accounted for75.71%of the total number.3.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis into the physical factors in theregression equation of three, respectively, phlegm dampness, Qi deficiency and Yangdeficiency. Non standard in the regression equation of the coefficient of three kinds of body types were4.997,4.825,4.103, standardized coefficient were0.739,0.426,0.327.4.Male patients in the final models with phlegm dampness, Qi deficiency, the nonstandardized coefficients were6.923,6.712, standardized coefficients were0.609,0.376.Female patients in the final models with phlegm dampness, Qi deficiency, Yangdeficiency of three variables, the non standardized coefficients were7.315,7.205,6.238,standardized coefficients were0.589,0.463,0.399.Conclusion:With essential hypertension phlegm dampness related chinese medical constitutionconstitution typesas phlegm, Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency.In men with hypertensionsyndrome of excessive phlegm dampness patients related to phlegm dampness constitution,Qi deficiency, and female hypertensive syndrome of excessive phlegm dampness related tophlegm dampness, Qi deficiency and yang deficiency; the influence of Phlegm Dampnesson the male is more obvious.
