The Effect Of The Mirror Therapy Combined With Scalp Acupuncture Used In Training Ankle Dorsiflexion Of Stroke Patients

Objective:To observe the effect of the mirror therapy combined with scalp acupuncture used in training ankle dorsiflexion of stroke patients.To provide the new ideas of training ankle dorsiflexion on those post stroke patients,and to establish a new model of using mirror therapy in clinic.Methods:120 cases of post-stroke inpatients in Rehabilitation Medicine Department of**during 2014.6 to 2015.12 as the model.According to the admission time these patients were divided into three groups,controlled group(40 cases):conventional therapy with scalp acupuncture;observation group Ⅰ(40 cases):conventional treatment with mirror therapy;observation group Ⅱ(40cases):conventional treatment with mirror therapy and scalp penetration.Before and after treatment(8 weeks),we assessment the results by ankle dorsal flextion angle measurement,the lower extremity Fugl Meyer assesment,the Berg balance amount table,the lower limb Barthel index and the gait analyse scale.Results:(1)After the treatment,the results of the three groups were significantly improved(P<0.01).(2)Before treatment,the scores in the three groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);after the treatment,observation group Ⅰ and control group the compared no siggnificant difference(P>0.05),the scores of group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)the scalp penetration acupuncture and mirror therapy can significantly improve stroke patients with ankle dorsiflexion function.(2)mirror therapy combined with scalp acupuncture to improve stroke patients with ankle dorsiflexion function is more significant.
