Objective:The experimental research is mainly for children's mental retardation.We treated the children with mental retardation with head acupuncture and rehabilitation training at the same time,and then compared with the children with only rehabilitation training to see which treatment effect is better.Since children with mental retardation have different clinical symptoms,this study will initially explore the effect of this therapy on these symptoms,hoping that we can be more targeted in the treatment of this disease in the future.Methods:Fifty-eight children diagnosed with mental retardation were randomly divided into the treatment group,which included 30 children,and the control group,which included 28 children.By the suzhou boai children's hospital professionals to the two groups of children with the same method for language behavior,sensory integration and other intervention training.In the treatment group,acupuncture was added on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Non-scalp acupuncture was performed for a short time,and the scalp acupuncture was performed and left in the head for a period of time,during which rehabilitation training was conducted at the same time.The duration of treatment is Monday,Wednesday and Friday,with weekends off.4 weeks of treatment is one course of treatment,with a total of 3 courses of treatment(12 weeks).After the treatment was completed,C-WISC and S-M were used for evaluation,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children through this study was compared.Results:?C-WISC scale score:VIQ,PIQ and FIQ of the two groups were compared after treatment,and the results were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the FIQ and PIQ in the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05).?S-M scale score:the total score of the two groups of children after treatment was compared,the results were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05);Comparison between the two groups showed that the score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of each factor,the treatment group had a significant increase in all the six factors(P<0.05),while the control group had a significant increase in the three factors of living independently,exercising and participating in group activities(P<0.05).After the comparison between the two groups,the four factors of exercise,exercise,communication and self-management in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the treatment group(P<0.05).?Follow-up C-WISC and s-m S-M showed no significant difference compared with the children after treatment.Conclusion:?In this study,the combined method of acupuncture at the scalp acupuncture and intervention training was indeed effective in the mental development of children with mental retardation,and the IQ level of children was significantly improved,especially in the aspects of FIQ and PIQ,which were significantly improved compared with the simple rehabilitation training.?In this study,the combined method of acupuncture at the head point and intervention training has a definite effect on children's mental retardation adaptive behavior ability,especially in sports,homework,communication and self-management.Compared with simple rehabilitation training,the improvement is more significant.
