Effects Of Scalp Clustering Acupuncture Combined With Mirror Therapy On The Upper Limb Dysfunction After Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the scalp clustering acupuncture combined with mirror therapy in the treatment of upper limb dysfunction after cerebral infarction clinical curative effect and explore new train of thought for clinical treatment.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group 30 patients and control group 30 patients. Both groups on the basis of treatment, the control group uses scalp clustering acupuncture. On the basis of control group, the mirror therapy is added to the treatment group.4 weeks after treatment with Fugl-Meyer scale (upper part), Wolf movement function test scale, Modified Barthel index of two groups of patients with upper limb movement function and activities of daily living.Results:There were significant differences of Fugl-Meyer scale (upper part), Wolf movement function test scale and Modified Barthel index score before and after treatment(P<0.05); compared two groups after treatment, the experimental group is better than that of control group, difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Scalp clustering acupuncture combined with mirror therapy could better improve the upper limb movement function and the activities of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction.
