The Clinical Study On Effect Of Herbal Fumigation With Rehabilitation Training In Limbs Function For Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective To observe the effect of herbal fumigation with rehabilitation training in limbs function on acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods 70 cases of stroke patients in total,according to the random method,are divided into 35 cases of herbal fumigation with rehabilitation training group,35 cases of pure rehabilitation training group.Two groups of patients were both given basic treatment of cerebral infarction in acute stage,such as antiplatelet treatment,statins to stablilize atherosclerotic plaques,reducing intracranial pressure,improving the cerebral circulation and the like.On the basis of the above treatment,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation training,while the control group was treated with simple rehabilitation training.The two groups take a month for a period of treatment in continuous observation.And take China Stroke Scale(CSS),Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMA),modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),the activities of daily living Scale(ADL)and security index as observation indexes,compared before,one week and four week after treatment.Results1.Results of CSS:there were no significant differences statistically of two groups in NDS before treatment(P>0.05).Each group compared the CSS of before,one week after treatment and four week after treatment,the differences of CSS were statistically significant(P<0.01).The differences of CSS between two groups in one week after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of CSS between two groups in four week after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Results of FMA:there were no significant differences statistically of two groups in FMA before treatment(P>0.05).Each group compared the FMA of before,one week after treatment and four week after treatment,the differences of FMA were statistically significant(P<0.01).The differences of FMA between two groups in one week after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of FMA between two groups in four week after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Results of MAS:there were no significant differences statistically of two groups in MAS before treatment(P>0.05).Each group compared the MAS of before,one week after treatment and four week after treatment,the differences of MAS were statistically significant(P<0.01).The differences of MAS between two groups in one week after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of FMA between two groups in four week after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Results of ADL:there were no significant differences statistically of two groups in ADL before treatment(P>0.05).Each group compared the ADL of before,one week after treatment and four week after treatment,the differences of ADL were statistically significant(P<0.01).The differences of ADL between two groups in one week after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of ADL between two groups in four week after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Herbal fumigation with rehabilitation training and pure rehabilitation training can all effectively improve in China Stroke Scale(CSS),Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMA),modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)and the activities of daily living Scale(ADL)of acute cerebral infarction patients.The group of herbal fumigation with rehabilitation training on improving the indicators of CSS,FMA and ADL were significantly better than pure rehabilitation training.In terms of MAS,although there was no significant difference,the score improvement is more obvious as well.Herbal fumigation with rehabilitation training can effectively improve limbs function on acute cerebral infarction patients.
