| Objective:In this study,a randomized controlled study was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Ren Mai acupuncture in the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal operation,so as to provide an optimized treatment scheme for clinical treatment of urinary retention after anorectal operation. Methods:Patients with urinary retention after anorectal operation in the Department of Hemorrhoid and Fistula of West China Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were collected.According to the inclusion and excretion criteria,66 qualified cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given general treatment(science after surgery urinary retention knowledge, psychological guidance, encourage patients to drink more water, urination when turning on the tap and change the position, bladder swelling pain can not bear to give guide urine treatment, after surgery 12 h still do not dissolve the urination to give urine treatment).on this basis, the treatment group was treated with Ren Mai penetrating needling method. Before entering the group, the general data of the patients were observed and recorded, the voiding status and the score of abdominal symptoms before treatment, the first micturition volume within 2 hours after treatment, the time of first micturition, the number of cured, improved and catheterized patients, the voiding status and the score of abdominal symptoms on the 1st and 2nd day after operation, the voiding status and the score of abdominal symptoms in patients with catheter removal. The adverse reactions, treatment measures and prognosis were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Ren Mai penetrating needling method.Results:1.Two sets of baseline indicators: age, sex, weight, height, blood pressure, type of disease, anaesthetic, duration of surgery, infusion volume during surgery, infusion amount during surgery, preoperative urination status and abdominal symptoms comparison,P>0.05,no statistical difference,comparability.2.Comparison of the first micturition time: the first micturition time was 64.48 ±33.71 min in the treatment group and 100.77 ±17.23 min in the control group(P<0.01).3.Comparison of the first voiding volume: the first micturition volume was 259.66±93.83 ml in the treatment group and 181.82 ±58.75 ml in the control group(P<0.01).4.Comparison of urination status and abdominal symptoms: There were statistical differences between the first day after surgery and the pre-treatment,the second day after surgery and the first day of urination and abdominal symptoms in the group(P<0.01);on the first day after surgery, two groups of urination status and abdominal symptoms were compared, with statistical differences(P<0.01);on the second day after surgery, there were statistical differences between the two groups of urination(P<0.01);and the two groups of abdominal symptoms on the second day after surgery were compared between the groups, with no statistical significance(P>0.05);The two groups of urination status and abdominal symptoms were compared after the urethra was removed by the urethra patients, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).5.Comparison of urinary catheterization: there were 4 cases of urinary catheterization in the treatment group, the catheterization rate was 12%,and 11 cases in the control group, the catheterization rate was 33%.There was significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups.6.Comparison of the overall curative effect: the effective rate was 87.88% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group(P<0.05).7.Safety comparison: no adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion:1.Ren Mai acupuncture is effective in the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal operation, which provides an alternative treatment for clinical treatment of urinary retention after anorectal operation.2.Ren Mai penetrating needling method can effectively shorten the first voiding time after operation, increase the initial micturition volume, effectively improve the micturition condition and abdominal symptoms, and reduce the rate of urinary catheterization.3.From the point of view of safety, compliance and overall clinical efficacy, the treatment method of Ren Mai penetrating acupuncture has the value of clinical promotion. |
