Ear Bean Method Of Prevention Of Urinary Retention After Anorectal Disease Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Purpose: Objective evaluation "ear bean method to prevent the postoperative urinary retention" of anorectal disease of effectiveness,safety,practicality.Method: Select all illness is a regular,Uses the waist anesthesia acupoints,and Uses the traditional surgery of traditional Chinese medicine surgery of anorectal disease(mixed hemorrhoids,anal fissure,anal fistula,anus abscess and single-disease)of patients after surgery.All cases from 2015-1 to2016-1 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital anus bowel division therapy clinic patients.All cases were included in the standard,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the33 cases,respectively,observe two groups of patients with postoperative micturition circumstance for statistical analysis.The treatment group use ear bean method;The control group with ck.Two groups of all other things being equal(anesthesia,surgical procedure,postoperative preoperative psychological counseling),respectively,for 2 hours after operation,postoperative 4 hours,6 hours after operation,postoperative micturition in patients with eight hours of observation,during treatment for security checks,and curative effect observation.Result: The control of postoperative urinary retention probability as high as 30.30%,the treatment group of postoperative urinary retention probability is only 6.06%,are similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P = 0.025 < 0 05).Conclusion: Ear bean method can effectively prevent the happening of the anorectal postoperative urinary retention and reduce patients’ pain,curative effect is remarkable.
