Study On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupoint Application With TDP Irradiation In Treating Urinary Retention After Anorectal Surgery

Acupoint application were applied in recent years and TDP more and more used in clinical, used for the prevention and treatment of many diseases, many experts for the treatment of postoperative urinary retention, achieved significant results.TDP, also known as "magic lamp", is one of the commonly used Chinese medicine physical therapy and surgery physical therapy equipment. This topic it is found that the train of thought, on the basis of predecessors’ experience, in line with the cure the disease at the same time, to minimize the pain patients, patients with more satisfactory, and to seek a more perfect and effective intervention method.Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with TDP irradiation of clinical efficacy of preventing urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods: 120 cases of patients meet the inclusion criteria, using randomized controlled methods, divided into the observation group, TDP group, acupoint application group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group: using the method of acupoint application combined with TDP. Postoperative patients back to the ward after immediately give the most points TDP irradiation for 30 minutes, after irradiation for acupoint application, the traditional Chinese medicine(Corydalis tuber, white mustard seed, asarum, kansui root, ephedra) at the end of the research to tune into a paste, use fresh ginger juice and mix thoroughly, make medicine cake, sticking to the most points, sticking once, for a period of 4 hours, 4 hours after remove; TDP group: patients back to the ward immediately for the most points TDP irradiation for 30 minutes. Acupoint application therapy group: patients back to the ward after immediately to the most points for acupoint application, sticking time of 4 hours, 4 hours after remove; adverse reactions were observed and recorded during the three groups of patients in 30min-8h after the first average urination time, the first time after postoperative bladder urine residue, first micturition, retention of urine and the number of treatment.Results: 120 patients completed treatment, of three groups of patients with gender, age, condition, duration and other general data comparison, P>0.05, no statistical significance, suggests three groups of comparable. ①The first time after postoperative bladder urine residue: There was a remarkable differences in three groups(P<0.05). Observation group is obviously superior to acupoint application group(P<0.05).There were no difference in acupoint application group and TDP group(P>0.05).②the first average urination time: There was a remarkable differences in three groups(P<0.05).Observation group is obviously superior to acupoint application group and TDP group(P<0.05).There were no difference in acupoint application group and TDP group(P>0.05).③voiding symptoms: There was a remarkable differences in three groups(P<0.05). Observation group is obviously superior to acupoint application group and TDP group(P<0.05).There were no difference in acupoint application group and TDP group(P>0.05).④the incidence of urinary retention: There was a remarkable differences in three groups. The incidence of urinary retention is lower in observation group than in the application group and TDP group(P<0.05). There were no difference in acupoint application group and TDP group(P>0.05).Conclusions: Acupoint application combined with TDP irradiation treatment and prevention of urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid operation has certain curative effect, can promote the postoperative micturition, improve micturition unobstructed degree, reduce the incidence of urinary retention, and less adverse reaction, it is a green, safe, and effective intervention methods, for clinical application as a reference.
