| Objective:To investigate the correlation between lumbar bone density(BMD)measured by quantitative CT(QCT)and age,height,weight and abdominal fat area in overweight and obese people.Methods:262 medical examination personnel were collected from January 1,2017 to December31,2018 in our hospital.According to Body Mass Index(BMI,BMI = body mass / height2),it is divided into overweight group(BMI≥24)and normal group(BMI<24).The 262 subjects included 142(54 %)in the normal group and 120(46 %)in the overweight group.The average age was 34.7 ± 9.48 years of the average age of the normal group was34.2 ± 9.81 years(21-60 years old),and the average age of the overweight group was 35.2± 9.03 years(20-59 years old).The lumbar spine(L1,L2,L3)BMD and various physical composition parameters were measured respectively.Lumbar BMD includes the first lumbar spine(L1),the second lumbar spine(L2),and the third lumbar spine(L3)BMD.The physical composition parameters include L1,L2,and L3 transverse level central abdominal fat area[including abdominal total fat area(TAT),visceral fat area(VAT),subcutaneous fat area(subcutaneous fat area),SAT)] And using SPSS20.0 statistical software,the BMD content and age,height,weight of L1,L2,and L3 were respectively analyzed for the correlation and multiple gradual regression of SAT,SAT,and TAT areas corresponding to each level.Results:The age of normal group showed significant negative correlation with lumbar bone density(P<0.05).The viscera fat area of normal group and overweight group showed significant negative correlation with lumbar BMD(P<0.05).Height,weight,subcutaneous fat area and total fat area have no correlation with lumbar BMD and are not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Understanding the correlation between lumbar BMD and physical components in different BMI populations can help to explore the pathogenesis of Osteopolosis and is of guiding significance for the prevention of osteoporosis.Conclusion:Normal group: The factors that affect lumbar BMD are mainly age and visceral fat area.With the increase of age,the lumbar bone density at the central level of L1,L2,and L3 gradually decreases.With the increase of visceral fat area,the lumbar bone density at the central level of L1,L2 and L3 decreased gradually.Obesity group: The main reason affecting lumbar BMD is visceral fat area.With the increase of visceral fat area,the lumbar BMD at the central level of L1,L2,and L3 gradually decreased. |
