Purpose:To study the changes and Influence factors of bone mineral dens iy(BMD) among normal people and Type 2 diabetic patients in Yanbian area.T o provide theory baisis and new train of thought for early diagnosis and treat ment of osteoporosis.Methods:To selecte the type 2 diabetes patients(270 cases) that were hospi talized and healthy people(1014 cases) who do the physical examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from August,2013 to August,2014 as the objects of study.To record age, gender, nationality, body mass index, s moking history, drinking history, duration of diabetes, and weekly sports time and fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose (PBG),total choles terol (CHO), triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high de nsity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),etc.Bone mineral density is determined by quantitative ultrasonic bone density apparatus.Results:(1)The level of BMD with type 2 diabetes patients is-0.7 (-1.87,0. 41).And the level of BMD with healthy people is 0.5 (-0.48,1.01).(2)The peak of BMD appeared in the 20-29 years old, comparison of various age groups, b efore the age of 49, the level of BMD was higher in females than in males (P< 0.05), after the age of 50 men of all ages was significantly higher than t hat in female (P< 0.05).(3) The level of BMD in Han and Korean people ha d no significant difference (P> 0.05).(4)The level of BMD in non smokers w as significantly higher than smokers (P<0.05).(5)The level of BMD in non d rinking personnel was significantly higher than the drinking personnel (P<0.0 5).(6)Statistical analysis showed that the bone mineral density T-value of healt hy people was negative correlation with age,and was positive correlation with BMI and weekly sports time,but no correlation with course of FBG、PBG、C HO、TG、HDL-C..In addition,the bone mineral density T-value of type 2 diabe tes patients was negative correlation with duration of diabetes.Conclusion:.With the growth of the age, the level of BMD decreased in Yanbian area.The level of BMD decreased significantly in postmenopausal wom en.Bad habits have great influence on the level of BMD.The prevalence of ost eoporosis with type 2 diabetes patients was significantly higher than that of t he healthy people.To prevention and treatment of osteoporosis should be consid ered when the age, gender, BMI, life habit and the primary disease.
