A Study On The Impact Of Medical Security On Urban Residents’ Sense Of Gain In China

"Let the people have more sense of acquisition" is the key step to "land" the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Medical security is a vital service for people’s livelihood,which not only reflects the government’s willingness to balance people’s psychological expectations,but also has a positive impact on people’s sense of access and the maintenance of national stability.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the impact of medical security on urban residents’ sense of acquisition.Based on this,the paper focuses on the impact of medical security on urban residents’ sense of acquisition,and studies the following two issues: first,what is the overall level of urban residents’ sense of acquisition in China;second,whether medical security has significant impact on urban residents’ sense of acquisition in China,as well as the direction and degree of impact.Based on the above two questions,the thesis has carried out relevant research in both theoretical and empirical aspects.On the theoretical level,the thesis takes medical security and the sense of acquisition of urban residents in our country as the research perspective,consulting and sorting out relevant documents,laying the theoretical foundation of the thesis,thus further promoting the research on medical security and the sense of acquisition of urban residents in our country;On the empirical level,the paper selects the panel data of China’s household tracking survey(2016)and uses a comprehensive combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to collect effective data to build a research model of the impact of medical security on the sense of acquisition of urban residents in China and put forward research assumptions.The entropy method is used to integrate the data,and the overall level of urban residents’ sense of acquisition in China is empirically analyzed.SPSS20.0statistical software is used to carry out cross analysis,variance analysis,correlationanalysis and regression analysis on the data,and the significant impact of medical security on urban residents’ sense of acquisition in China,as well as the direction and degree of impact are empirically analyzed,and the research hypothesis is verified.The results of the study show that: firstly,the sense of acquisition of urban residents in China is at a good level as a whole;Second,cognition in medical security has a significant impact on the sense of acquisition of urban residents in China.Third,the situation of medical insurance has a significant impact on the perception of urban residents in China.Fourth,the security situation in medical security has a significant impact on the sense of acquisition of urban residents in China.At the same time,based on the above research results,the paper has made clear the idea of improving the sense of acquisition of urban residents in our country,and provided countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the high quality improvement of the sense of acquisition of urban residents in our country.
