| Objectives(1)To investigate the general demographic characteristics,HIV / AIDS related high-risk behaviors and awareness of nPEP services among MSM in Liuzhou,Guangxi;(2)Through the analysis of the important factors of MSM NP EP service in Liuzhou,this paper provides reference for MSM NP EP service in the future.Methods In this study,the MSM detection platform of Guangxi Liuzhou Center for Disease Control and prevention was used to recruit research objects by convenient sampling method.The questionnaire was designed with reference to the national MSM sentinel surveillance questionnaire.The survey contents included social demographic characteristics,AIDS related knowledge,high-risk behaviors,service utilization and nPEP In the process of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire input,the questionnaire information is checked by a specially assigned person to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information,and strict quality control is carried out throughout the research.Epi Data 3.1 software was used to enter the questionnaire,and the database was established.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.When the incidence of outcome variables is more than 10%,the effect of influencing factors may be overestimated when using or to estimate RR.It is appropriate to use log binomial regression method instead of logistic regression.MSM with different characteristics and different high-risk behaviors used 2 test to analyze the difference of nPEP service demand.The independent variables were statistically significant factors in univariate analysis and significant factors combined with the actual work situation,and whether nPEP service was needed(0= not needed,1= needed)was used as the dependent variable Log-binomial regression analysis was used to calculate the corresponding PR and 95% CI.Results The average age of the 597 MSM population was(31.36±9.93)years old.Give priority to the province;The majority of ethnic groups are Han;Unmarried: 77.1 percent;Senior high school or technical secondary school,accounting for 55.3%,followed by junior college and above,accounting for 36.3%.The monthly income was mainly1000-2999 yuan,accounting for 71.9%. The proportion of those who have heard of nPEP service is 37.0%.Among them,those who have heard of nPEP service through MSM working group account for 55.7%,followed by those who have heard of nPEP service through network platform account for 39.4%.After informing the relevant protection effect of nPEP service,53.8% of the MSM people need this service.Most of the MSM people want to get this service through hospitals,CDC,MSM working group and drugstores.After knowing the side effects of nPEP-related drugs,64.2% of them would take nPEP-related drugs.56.8% of nPEP services need to be purchased by themselves.If nPEP is promoted in China,condom use increases by 41.9% and the number of sexual partners decreases by 11.1%.The results of multi-factor log-Binomial regression analysis showed that: College degree or above(PR=2.191,95% CI: 1.317-3.644),the prevalence of HIV infection among men who believe that they live in the region is serious(PR=2.635,95% CI:1.968～3.528),every use of homosexual anal sex condom within half a year(PR=4.274,95% CI: 1.196～15.273),condom breaking and slipping or being deliberately pulled during sexual intercourse(PR=1.455,95% CI: 1.238-1.709),number of male temporary partners ≥2 sexual partners within half a year(PR=1.760,95% CI: 1.417-2.186),sexual intercourse within half a year(PR=1.236,95% CI: 1.018-1.499),untested HIV partners(PR=1.294,95% CI: 1.024-1.634),heard of nPEP service(PR=1.299,95% CI:1.124-1.503),not worrying about the price of nPEP service drugs(PR=11.398,95% CI:6.979-18.617),and not worrying about the side effects of nPEP service drugs(PR=3.763,95% CI: 2.950-4.801)are all influencing factors of nPEP service demand of MSM population.Conclusions(1)The survey results show that the proportion of MSM people who have heard of nPEP service is relatively low.When they know that the protection effect of this measure is good,the proportion who need this service is relatively high.After they know the side effects of nPEP medication and know that they will spend money to buy it,the proportion who still need this service is also relatively high.(2)The HIV/AIDS awareness rate of MSM population is only 71.4%,lower than the general HIV/AIDS population;After The promotion of nPEP in China,it is helpful to increase the condom utilization rate of this population,but reduce the number of sexual partners.(3)the cultural degree,think men who have sex with men in their life people infected with HIV/AIDS epidemic severe situation,the half a year in homosexual anal condom usage,sex condom burst slippage or were deliberately set of circumstances,the number of half year temporary male companion,the half a year to have happened in the commercial behavior,partner HIV testing,heard of nPEP service situation,nPEP drug side effects and are nPEP services using the factors influencing the price. |
