| With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the medical and health system is also in constant development.Public hospitals are facing the challenges of medical facilities,medical technology upgrading,medical management mode upgrading and so on.To survive and promote development in the competition is a major problem for every hospital.In this environment,hospitals must provide more high-quality and convenient medical services and pay attention to management In order to explore a new service mode from "business centered" traditional management mode to "patient-centered",the optimization of hospital management process is a powerful way to improve the quality of medical treatment,management and service.In this paper,a hospital as the research object,based on the questionnaire survey,on the basis of the analysis of patient and doctor satisfaction,to study the optimization of its management process.First of all,on the basis of summarizing the research status of scholars at home and abroad,the related concepts and theories are summarized.Secondly,on the basis of a brief introduction of hospital a,this paper analyzes the current situation of hospital a management process from outpatient and inpatient,and designs a questionnaire to investigate the satisfaction of hospital a management process,and analyzes the satisfaction of patients and doctors.Based on the satisfaction analysis,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management process of a hospital from four aspects:outpatient process,inpatient process,pharmacy process and administrative process.Finally,based on the questionnaire survey and problem analysis,this paper puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of hospital a management process,including outpatient process optimization,inpatient process optimization,pharmacy process optimization and administrative process optimization. |
