| Since 2009,because of the contradiction between the internal and external performance evaluation system of most hospitals in China,the government has introduced relative policies to promote the reform of performance distribution.At the same time,in order to balance the development of the medical profession,the state,focusing on the overall situation of our country’s medical market,believes that it is imperative to establish a diversified medical pattern,and calls for the construction of private hospitals.In order to build a competitive private hospital,train excellent medical personnel,provide high-quality and high-guarantee medical service for patients,and meet the needs of patients seeking medical treatment,this paper plans and implements a strict and individualized performance evaluation system for them,so that it can guarantee the fair performance distribution of hospital staff as far as possible,and stimulate the enthusiasm of hospital staff in their work and research,so as to ensure that private hospitals benefit the needs of the public.K Hospital is a private psychiatric hospital.In the process of the reform of hospital performance evaluation in China,the problem of performance evaluation in private hospitals is becoming more and more prominent.This paper analyzes the contradictions in the performance evaluation of K Hospital in recent years,consulting and using for reference several current methods of performance evaluation of hospitals,mainly through the reference of RBRVS performance appraisal method to the original implementation of the performance evaluation methods were reformed.According to the specialty characteristics and actual situation of K hospital,this paper analyzes the combination of original performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,and makes a set of more scientific and rigorous performance evaluation system for K hospital.The evaluation system is generally divided into two levels of scientific evaluation system,the specific performance evaluation standards of medical technical workers are divided into two categories: nursing and doctor,and the relationship between project coefficient and post difficulty is discussed.Design the performance appraisal program of administrative logistics personnel,according to the position,staff capacity and work difficulties,respectively determine the corresponding coefficient.Two representative departments were selected,the original performance evaluation was compared with the performance evaluation based on RBRVS,the employee satisfaction questionnaire was used,and the SPSS professional data software was used for analysis,it is found that the satisfaction degree of the staff and workers to the performance appraisal is greatly improved,and their work enthusiasm is even higher.It is concluded that the performance appraisal system based on RBRVS is more beneficial to the development of k hospital,to improve the development of K hospital competitiveness to provide a certain help. |
