In the urban and rural basic public health service system,doctors in private hospitals are one of the main service teams.Therefore,it has a huge impact on the overall quality of public health services enjoyed by urban and rural residents.In terms of the current academic research,the discussion of doctors in private hospitals in China basically stays on the discussion of external conditions such as cultural analysis,professional title analysis,and professional qualification analysis,and there is no in-depth research on the cultivation of doctors’ professional ability in private hospitals.This paper hopes to analyze the competency theory to comprehensively elaborate the current situation and needs of the professional ability training of doctors in urban and rural private hospitals.In the process of writing,first of all,through the online How Net,Wanfang,VIP and other mainstream literature platforms,as well as offline city and campus libraries,this paper collects and collates the theoretical literature on private hospitals,doctors,professional ability promotion and other aspects,combined with human capital theory,learning organization theory and competency theory,To explore the focus of domestic research and deficiencies.Secondly,select w County private hospitals,doctors and doctors’ professional ability as the research object,analyze the deficiencies of doctors’ professional ability development planning,find out the weak links,and put forward targeted improvement strategies.Then,establish and improve the corresponding evaluation index system,combined with previous theoretical research experience,as well as the actual operation of private hospitals in W County,formulate the evaluation index system.After that,through the form of questionnaire,collect the front-line data,improve the index system,and determine the weight of the key indicators.Through this way to explore the difference of professional ability of doctors in private hospitals in W County,based on basic medical services,public health services and continuing education,to explore the development path and strategy of professional ability of doctors in private hospitals in W county.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole paper.
