Research On The Construction Of Ideological And Political Ability Evaluation Index System For Teachers Of Nursing Professional Courses

ObjectiveBased on the improvement of the quality of nursing majors(nursing and midwifery 2 majors)and the cultivation of high-quality nursing professionals in China,taking the ideological and political ability of nursing professional course teachers as the starting point,the "Evaluation Index System of Ideological and Political Ability of Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Courses" was preliminarily constructed through the Delphi method,and the stability and reliability of the evaluation index system was measured by measuring the performance assessment index system,in order to promote the ideological and political orientation of nursing majors and promote the implementation of ideological and political education in the whole process of nursing professional teaching.It provides a basis and reference for the training,evaluation and assessment of nursing teachers,improves the ideological and political ability and teaching quality of nursing teachers,and promotes the development of nursing education in China to a new level.Methods(i)Study 1 Construction of Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System for Nursing Professional Course Teachers1.Through literature research,group discussion and other methods,the ideological and political reform of nursing professional courses at home and abroad,as well as the current situation and existing problems of teacher training of nursing professional courses,were systematically sorted out.At the same time,combined with the relevant policy requirements and syllabuses of China’s curriculum ideological and political courses,nursing professional development,etc.,further clarify the ideological and political connotation and characteristics of nursing majors,based on the theory of socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era,etc.,according to the "Ideological and Political Teaching Guide for Nursing Professional Courses" to preliminarily formulate the "Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System" expert consultation form(first draft),and then through group discussion,further screen and improve the specific content of the consultation form,and form the " Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System" Expert Consultation Form(First Round).2.Use the Delphi method for 2 rounds of expert consultation.Invite 20 experts engaged in nursing management,nursing education,ideological and political education and other related fields in China,with bachelor degree or above and associate high and above professional titles,work experience of ten years or more,and voluntarily participate in this topic,can put forward corresponding feedback suggestions for research to participate in the consultation,the first round of expert consultation is over,according to the expert opinions and suggestions to screen and modify the corresponding indicators,on this basis to form the "Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Course Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System" expert consultation form(second round).After the end of the second round of expert consultation,the results of expert consultation are summarized and analyzed again,descriptive analysis is adopted for the general situation of experts,the reliability of expert consultation results is analyzed by calculating the positive coefficient and authority coefficient of experts,the weight of indicators at all levels is determined by analytic hierarchy,so that the index system tends to be quantifiable and operable,and finally the "Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System for Teachers of Nursing Professional Courses" is finally determined.(ii)Study 2 Reliability and validity test of the evaluation index system of ideological and political ability of teachers of nursing professional courses1.Reliability test.Firstly,according to the "Evaluation Index System of Ideological and Political Ability of Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Courses",the "Evaluation Form of Ideological and Political Ability of Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Courses" was formed.Then,through pre-investigation,the scientificity and operability of the "Evaluation Form of Ideological and Political Ability of Nursing Professional Course Teachers" were tested,and the evaluation table was revised and adjusted according to the pre-survey results and feedback.After improving and determining the evaluation form,in September ～ December2022,a two-stage sampling method was adopted,the first stage was to select one undergraduate medical college and one junior medical college in Chengdu by convenient sampling method,and in the second stage,all nursing professional course teachers who met the standards of the two schools were numbered by random number table method,and then 100 teachers were randomly selected as survey subjects,and after obtaining the informed consent of the survey subjects,the respondents filled in the evaluation form by themselves.According to the survey results,the internal consistency and retest reliability of the "Evaluation Index System for Ideological and Political Ability of Nursing Professional Course Teachers" were analyzed,and the stability of the "Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System" was tested.2.Validity test.Invite 10 experts in related fields such as nursing management,nursing education,ideological and political education,have a bachelor’s degree or above,associate high school or above,work experience of 10 years or more,and voluntarily participate in this topic and can put forward corresponding feedback suggestions for research to participate in the survey,and invite experts to evaluate the importance of the "Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System for Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Courses",analyze the validity of the content,and test the reliability of the "Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System".Results(i)Study 1 Construction of Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System for Nursing Professional Course Teachers1.Basic information of experts.In this study,a total of 20 experts from all over the country were invited to participate in the construction of the "Evaluation Index System of Ideological and Political Ability of Nursing Professional Course Teachers",and 20 experts actively participated in the first and second rounds of expert consultation.The age of experts is mainly concentrated in 40～59 years old,the professional direction is mainly nursing education,and most experts with master’s degree and deputy senior professional title,and the working years are relatively evenly distributed from 10～19 years to more than 30 years.2.Expert positivity.The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation forms of the "Evaluation Index System of Ideological and Political Ability of Nursing Professional Course Teachers" was 100%,and 16(80%)and 5(25%)experts put forward specific suggestions or suggestions for revision in the two rounds of expert consultation.3.The degree of authority of experts."Evaluation Index System of Ideological and Political Ability of Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Courses" The results of the first round of expert consultation showed that the judgment basis(Ca)was0.600～1.000,the average was 0.930,the familiarity(Cs)was 0.500～1.000,the average was 0.850,the authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.6500～1.000,and the average was 0.890;the second round of expert consultation showed that Ca was 0.600～1.000,the average was 0.935,Cs was 0.500～1.000,the average was 0.860,Cr was0.6500～1.000,the average was 0.896.Cr > 0.8 in the results of the two rounds of expert consultation.4.The degree of concentration of expert opinions.According to the results of the first round of expert consultation of the "Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System for Teachers of Nursing Professional Courses",the coefficient of variation(CV)of the first-level index was 0.05～0.21,the CV of the second-level index was 0.06～0.15,the CV of the third-level index was 0.05～0.26,the average range of each item was 4.15～4.95,the coefficient of variation was0.05～0.26,and the full score range was 15%～95%;The results of the second round of expert consultation showed that the CV of the first-level index was 0.00～0.21,the CV of the second-level index was 0.04～0.13,the CV of the third-level index was0.00～0.21,the mean range of each item was 4.35～5.00,the coefficient of variation was 0.00～0.21,and the full score range was 50%～100%.5.The degree of coordination of expert opinions.The Kendall’s harmony coefficient(Kendall’s W)was 0.163 in the first round of expert consultation and0.115 in the second round of expert consultation Kendall’s W,both between 0～1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).6.Modification of index entries.After group discussion,the results of expert consultation were analyzed and sorted,13 suggestions and opinions were adopted in the first round and 4 revised suggestions and opinions were adopted in the second round,and relevant items were deleted,added or modified,and finally determined that the "Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System for Teachers of Nursing Professional Courses" constructed by this study includes 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 59 third-level indicators.7.Determination of indicator weights.The weight range of the first-level index is 0.0973～0.3081,the weight range of the second-level index is 0.0272～0.1444,and the weight range of the third-level index is 0.0031～0.0779.The consistency ratio(CR)of each judgment matrix < 0.1.(ii)Study 2 Reliability and validity test of the evaluation index system of ideological and political ability of teachers of nursing professional courses1.Reliability test.The index system of ideological and political ability evaluation of ideological and political ability of teachers of nursing professional courses was 0.827～0.917 for each dimension,the total Cronbach’s α coefficient was0.892,the reliability of retest in each dimension was 0.703～0.905,the retest reliability of the index system was 0.899,and the reliability of the index system and each dimension was >0.7.2.Validity test.The content validity of each index level of the "Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System for Teachers of Nursing Professional Courses" was 0.80～1.00,> 0.75,and the content validity of the total index system was 0.92,and > 0.90.ConclusionsIn this study,the literature research method,group discussion method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy method and other research methods were used to construct the "Evaluation Index System of Ideological and Political Ability of Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Courses",and the system was tested by internal consistency,retest reliability and content validity analysis,and the results showed that the "Ideological and Political Ability Evaluation Index System of Nursing Professional Course Teachers’ Courses" constructed in this study has good scientificity and reliability,rigorous logic and easy operation.It can provide an objective evaluation tool for the ideological and political ability level of nursing professional course teachers,and can also provide a reference basis for the training,selection and ability assessment of nursing professional teachers.
