Research On The Optimization Of Tai’an City Medical Care Combined With Pension Model

Countries in the world have paid close attention to the phenomenon of population aging.How to efficiently solve this worldwide problem is an important topic in front of relevant researchers.According to the data survey of the Ministry of Civil Affairs,China has stepped into an aging society in 1999.Now,the population aged 60 and above in China has reached 250 million,and it is expected that in 2030,the population aged 60 and above will reach 500 million.The aging society in China has gradually moved from mild to moderate aging,which has become one of the basic national conditions of China in the 21st century.Which need the country give the high attention.By 2050,the first group of parents in China with only child will be aging,not only to ensure them can be supported,but also to meet the social challenges brought by old-age care services.Although there have been a large number of pension institutions,they can only provide daily care.No matter medical technology,funds,hardware and software facilities,etc.,are relatively backward,and these institutions are not suitable for the elderly who need 24-hour care.The contradiction between the endowment needs is becoming more and more prominent,and the special elderly groups’ needs for health management,rehabilitation,life entertainment and psychological comfort are getting more and more unsatisfied.Therefore,the traditional institutional pension service has been unable to adapt to the development of the society,the pension model to the combination of medical care is the trend of social development and the progress of social pension service.Tai’an City aging level is relatively high in Shandong province,but the area of mutual combination of pension,medical medical raising pension mode is still in the initial exploration stage.In order to be able to better ensure that the elderly will spend their remaining years in comfort,explore a suitable way of Tai’an City is very important.In this study,literature method,field investigation method and case analysis method were mainly used.Tai’an City central hospital medical care facilities-"green chardonnay lake campus"personnel structure and the composition of departments and daily operation as a case study,investigate and visit the living,supporting and medical conditions of the elderly,analysis the different medical combination model of development theory,both at home and abroad according to status quo of Tai’an City medical care facilities development to find the problems existing in the process of model development.Take this as an example,discuss the feasible development path and countermeasure of medical and nursing combination.Through research and investigation and combined with the current situation of Tai’an City medical and nursing center,the problems existing in Tai’an City medical and nursing combined pension mode were found out.For example,the relevant institutions are operating independently,the financial guarantee is insufficient,the shortage of professionals is serious,the development threshold of the industry is limited,and the people’s recognition is not high.Through learning and drawing lessons from foreign advanced management techniques and methods,and referring to the effective practices in other areas of China,targeted solutions are proposed for the problems in the practice of Tai’an City medical and nursing mode.The measures include establishing and perfecting relevant policies,improving the fund system,strengthening the construction of specialized personnel,standardizing the industry standards and increasing publicity.
