The Development Dilemma Of Luzhou’s Combination Of Medical And Pension And Countermeasure Analysis

As China’ s population age structure changes,aging is gradually becoming a common phenomena.With the continuous transformation of China ’ s economic structure and the continuous improvement of economic standards,the pursuit of a high quality life of aging population is also increasing.The standards of service for the Aged are also increasing,which has increased the pressure of traditional models of service for the Aged.In this context,the integration of traditional models with new medical technologies has gradually become a modern approach of service for the Aged,and has been widely recognized and used in society.In order to actively respond to the development trend of the aging population in Luzhou,to meet the growing needs of the elderly for a better life,accelerate the construction of the pension system,and promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the ageing cause.I take Luzhou as the main line,and learn about the current status of medical treatment,service for the Aged,and medical-care integration in the city from the overview of the development of medical-support integration in Luzhou.Based on the current main and traditional modes of medical-support integration in Luzhou,I analyze the development of these models and work process in depth,and then learned about the shortcomings in the combination of medical and nursing work methods in the area,including: long management,incomplete supervision and evaluation system,imbalance of supply and demand structure,uneven quality,insufficient fund raising,main body Low participation,lack of professional talents,low service level,vague positioning of medical institutions,and high operating costs.To better meet the elderly’s needs at different levels of the elderly,and realize the pattern of "there is medical care for the elderly and support for the elderly",this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:make full use of the resources of all parties to strengthen the perfection of policies,build a scientific system,enrich the protection channels,increase the supply of social resources and other resources,and carry out work layout from a macro perspective,promoting the fairness and stability of development,promoting the construction process of high-quality teams,and improving professional standards.
