Research On The Model Of Integrated Medical Care For The Aged In The Community Of Taiyuan

With the deepening of my country’s aging degree,the process of urbanization has accelerated,the flow of labor has become more frequent,and the family’s pension function has gradually weakened.our country has gradually formed the "9073" pension pattern,and home care and community care are still the choices of most families.With the increase of age,the probability of sickness of the elderly increases greatly,especially the disabled and semi-disabled elderly,who need professional medical services,but the traditional elderly care model cannot meet the needs of elderly care,elderly care and medical care.Therefore,my country has introduced a model that combines medical care and elderly care,and encourages the extension of medical and elderly care services to communities and families,and fully integrates medical and elderly care resources.This article takes the community embedded medical care integration institution in Taiyuan City as the research object,starts with the social embedded theory,the level of need theory and welfare pluralism theory,summarizes the views of scholars on the medical care integration in recent years,and consults relevant literature and materials in Taiyuan City.A field investigation was carried out on the community embedded medical and elderly care institutions in Taiyuan City.After investigation,the author divides Taiyuan’s community embedded medical care integration into two models: "community health service institutions + day care center for the elderly" model and "elderly care institutions + medical service green channel" model.The representative organization gave a detailed description.The author believes that the current embedded medical care and elderly care model in Taiyuan’s community mainly suffers from the lack of coordination and cooperation among various departments,narrow financing channels,lack of nursing staff,and poor community medical services.In response to the above problems,the author puts forward suggestions for the development of community embedded medical care and elderly care model in Taiyuan City,and promotes community embeddedness in Taiyuan from four aspects: improving top-level design,broadening financing channels,strengthening talent team building,and improving community medical service quality.The development of the model of combining medical care and elderly care.
