The Research On The Current Situation And Dilemma Of The Medical-aged Care Combined Institutions

With the growing aging population in Shaanxi Province,problems such as difficulty and risk of aged care,which due to the old-age service system separated from Health service system have gradually become heated issues.Integration of medical resources and old-age resources,change the concept pension services of development,promote the evolution of medical-aged care combined have become exploring topic of nationwide.As the progress of medical-aged care combined is just getting started at present in our province,and the implementation advice is absence,medical-aged care combined institutions face many challenges.By using largest information saturation method,this paper investigates 15 medical-aged care combined institutions and interviews government officers,institution managers and elders to collect first hand dates and records.Based on doing the clearly division of medical-aged care combined institutions,this paper tends to proceed a series of researches for situation of medical-aged care combined institutions.Firstly,we sort out the research experience,which divide medical-aged care combined situation of Shaanxi province into three models.They are old-age service institutions adding medical service,medical institutions adding old-age service,and cooperation of medical institutions and old-age service institutions.At the same time,we pick up 5 typical case to analysis.Secondly,we found out the problems of medical-raising combined institutions from conception,mechanism,staff structure,political environment and tendency.Moreover,we analysis the reason of problems from government,institution and society.Finally,learning the medical-raising combined experience,we come up with solution,which including making the right conception,completing laws,creating new develop model and cultivating compound staffs.We hope that this research will make a contribution of medical-aged care combined develop of Shaanxi province.
