| ObjectiveIn this article,Wujisan is applied to the two stages of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)pretreatment and ovulation induction,to explore the clinical effect of Wujisan combined with letrozole on phlegm-damp PCOS infertility.It is a traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Combined with the treatment of PCOS infertility to provide an effective program.MethodsA total of 60 patients with infertility with phlegm-damp PCOS were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.30 patients in the control group were pretreated with ostamine for 2 months and then received letrozole(Le)+ urination Human menopausal chorionic gonadotropin(HMG)+human chorionic gonadotropin(h CG)ovulation induction treatment for 3 months,and the treatment group received Wujisan on this basis.Statistics of the Luteinizing hormone(LH)levels of patients before and after pretreatment,the clinical pregnancy rate after ovulation induction therapy,the number of HMG used,and the thickness of the endometrium on the day of h CG injection,were observe the changes of body mass index(BMI)and TCM syndrome score before and after 5 months of treatment.And conduct statistical analysis to draw conclusions.Results1.Compare the clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups of patients.After 3 months of ovulation induction therapy,the clinical pregnancy rate of 28 patients in the control group was 32.1%,the clinical pregnancy rate of 27 patients in the treatment group was 59.1%,and the clinical pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 59.1%.It was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After 2 months of pretreatment,the LH of the two groups of patients decreased significantly,and the differences within the group were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the LH levels of the two groups of patients were compared between the two groups,and the treatment group added After taking traditional Chinese medicine,LH decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The thickness of the endometrium of the two groups of patients on the day of h CG injection was 8.04 mm and 8.37 mm respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The average number of HMG used in the two groups was 6.59 and 5.46.The amount of HMG used in the treatment group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.There is no statistical difference in the BMI of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the change of BMI before and after treatment in the control group is not significant,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the BMI of the treatment group is significant before and after treatment.Improvement,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the BMI of the two groups after treatment,the BMI of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were 18.14 and 7.74,Both groups improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group after treatment The improvement is more obvious,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Safety observation: There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.ConclusionThe use of Wujisan combined with letrozole in the treatment of phlegm-damp PCOS infertility can effectively increase the clinical pregnancy rate,improve the LH level after pretreatment,reduce the amount of HMG,reduce the weight of the patient,and improve the TCM syndrome.Its clinical comprehensive curative effect is better than using western medicine alone. |
