Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Phlegm-dampness Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility With Huatan Cuyun Decoction Combined With The Method Of Regulating The Week

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Cuyun Decoction combined with Zhoutiao method in treating infertility caused by polypharyngeal ovary syndromeMethods:Sixty-four patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method.The control group used oral letrozole tablets,and the observation group added Huatan Cuyun Decoction combined with weekly adjustment method on the basis of the control group.After a 3-month menstrual cycle of treatment,observe the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,TCM symptom score,endometrial thickness,maximum follicle diameter,sex hormone level and total effective rate of the two groups before and after treatment,and count the adverse reactions to evaluate their clinical efficacy And its security.Results:(1)After treatment,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group The difference was statistically significant between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group increased Compared with the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum follicle diameter of the two groups increased.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups.Statistical significance (P>0.05);(4)After treatment,the FSH level increased in both groups,and the LH level and LH/FSH decreased.Compared between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between FSH and LH(P>0.05),and the difference between LH/FSH was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Tvalue of both groups decreased,the observation group was more obvious than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%higher than that of the control group 87.10%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(6)Adverse reactionso ccurred in two groups Observed compared with the control group no adverse reactionsConclusion:Huatan Cuyun Decoction combined with weekly adjustment method can improve the endometrium thickness,maximum follicle diameter,sex hormone level of patients,thereby increasing ovulation rate and pregnancy rate;Huatan Cuyun Decoction combined with weekly adjustment method can effectively improve patients’ phlegm and dampness syndrome.
