| Objectives:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenlingbaizhusanjiawei and basic treatment in the treatment of patients with stage Ⅲ Diabetic Kidney Disease(type of spleen deficiency and dampness),it was explored feasible theories and methods for the treatment of Diabetic Kidney Disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 60 patients with stage Ⅲ Diabetic Kidney Disease(spleen deficiency and dampness)admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.Meanwhile the control group was given basic treatment.However,except for basic treatment,the Shenlingbaizhusanjiawei was also added to the treatment group.After 8 weeks,the changes of TCM symptom scores and laboratory indexes of the patients before and after treatment were observed.The data was analyzed and processed by SPSS 22.0 software and the mechanism of its efficacy was analyzed.Results:(1)The total clinical efficacy rate and the TCM syndrome efficacy rate of the treatment group were 86.67%,the control group were 63.33%and 70.00%respectively and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment during 8 weeks,the indicators of patients in both treatment group and control group significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),such as urine microalbumin,urine α 1 microglobulin,urinary immunoglobulin IgG,urine β2 microglobulin,fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and triglyceride ester.Meanwhile the improvement of indicators in treatment group were better than that of the control groups.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenlingbaizhusanjiawei and basic treatment can significantly improve TCM syndromes and early renal function,glucose and lipid metabolism and other functional indicators of patients with stage III Diabetic Kidney Disease(spleen deficiency and dampness)and it was safe and reliable. |
