Clinical Observation On Effect Of Shenling Baizhu Powder Combined With Laser In Treating DR And Study On Serum IL-6 Expression

purposeTo compare the clinical curative effect of DR patients with spleen deficiency phlegm dampness type treated by laser alone and Shenling Baizhu powder addition and subtraction in combination with laser therapy,as well as the changes of clinical syndrome andserum IL-6 level before and after treatment,so as to provide a more reasonable and effective theoretical basis for clinical treatment of DR.methodA total of 118 eyes of 60 DR patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness were collected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group(58 eyes in 30 cases)and the control group(60 eyes in 30 cases).The control group was treated with laser alone once every 7 days for 4 times.On this basis,the treatment group was given Shenling Baizhu powder orally for 28 days.BCVA,fundus photography,FFA and CMT were observed before and on the first day after treatment in the two groups.The overall curativ-e effect,clinical syndromes of CMT and serum IL-6 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.result1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex,age,degree of lesion,BCVA,CMT,CMT clinical syndrome score and serum IL-6 level between the two groups(P<0.05).2.After the course of treatment,BCVA was improved in both groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups in self-control before and after treatment and comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).3.After the course of treatment,the fundus hemorrhage and exudation were absorbed in both groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups in self-control before and after treatment and comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).4.After the course of treatment,FFA was improved in both groups,and the fundus hemorrhage,exudation,microangioma,no perfusion area and regression of neovascularization in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups in self-control before and after treatment and comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,A-RCT was shorter in both groups than before treatment.Compared with before treatment,the treatment group had significant difference(P<0.05),while the control group had no signifycant difference(P>0.05).5.After the course of treatment,CMT was decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups in selfcontrol before and after treatment and comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).6.After the course of treatment,both groups were effective.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%,and that of the control group was 80.0%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).7.After the course of treatment,the scores of TCM clinical syndromes in both groups were decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups in self-control before and after treatment and comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 6.7% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).8.After the course of treatment,the level of serum IL-6 decreased in both groups.Compared with before treatment,the treatment group had significant difference(P<0.05),while the control group had no signifycant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the IL-6 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).conclusion1.Compared with laser alone,Shenling Baizhu powder combined with laser therapy has better curative effect on DR of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type.It can improve visual acuity,fundus microangioma,hemorrhage and exudation,promote macular edema subsidence,and reduce non-perfusion area and neovascularization.2.Compared with laser alone,Shenling Baizhu powder combined with laser therapy can better improve the clinical symptoms of DR patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness and reduce the level of IL-6 in serum,so as to improve the therapeutic effect of DR.
