Objective:By observing the effect of the No. 1 soup of gout for the treatment of Heat Accumulation acute gouty arthritis, to providing a new idea and method for the clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis..Methods: Randomly selected 60 cases from Changde, Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital outpatient acute gouty arthritis, according to treatment date and outpatient sequence number randomly divided into two groups, namely, the treatment group of 30 patients(No. 1 soup of gout group), 30 patients(gout capsule group). On the basis of the treatment group taking No. 1 soup of gout, for 7 days in the control group taking gout Capsule.By pain visual analog scale, the symptom score for the values and experimental indicators to assess the efficacy and safety of No. 1 soup of gout.The result:1. No. 1 soup of gout group and gout capsule group for acute gouty arthritis, syndrome remission with good results,two groups of patients before and after the symptom score values are significantly different(p <0.01), In the first 3 days and 7 days of observation point in time, the symptom score between the two groups was statistically significant values(p <0.05), mitigation gout syndrome No. 1 soup of gout group than gout Capsule group.2. No. 1 soup of gout group and gout capsule group for acute gouty arthritis, pain relief with good results,two groups of patients before and after the pain visual analog scale are significantly different(p <0.01), In the first 3 days and 7 days of observation point in time, the pain visual analog scale between the two groups was statistically significant values(p <0.05), mitigation gout pain No. 1 soup of gout group than gout Capsule group.3.No. 1 soup of gout group and gout capsule group improved acute gouty arthritis UA, ESR, CRP has a good effect, gout Fang No. 1 soup of gout group than gout capsule group(p <0.05).4.Comprehensive Clinical No. 1 soup of gout group(93.3%) than gout Capsule group(83.3%)(p <0.05).In conclusion:No. 1 soup of gout can effectively relieve acute gouty arthritis pain and associated symptoms and signs, but also has reduced UA, ESR, CRP indicators effect, reducing inflammation, improve clinical symptoms and clinical application No side effects, worthy of further study and in clinical practice.
