Comparative Study On Main Characters Of Five Fine Strains Of Kadsura Coccinea

Kadsura coccinea(LEM.).At present,the cultivation area is increasing,but there are some problems in the industry,such as poor varieties,unstable fruit quality and so on,which restrict the development of K.coccinea industry.Therefore,this study selected five K.coccinea strains with relatively good characters as experimental materials,through comparative analysis of their botanical characteristics and biological characteristics,the main results are as follows:(1)There are five excellent strains of K.coccinea,which have significant differences in characteristics.(2)Huawei-FH02,ZH01,HL03,BB02 and CM05 showed significant differences in the vertical diameter,transverse diameter,quality,petal vertical diameter,transverse diameter,petiole vertical diameter and transverse diameter of male flower bud at different flowering stages(P<0.05).The order is as follows:blooming stage>early blooming stage>color developing stage>expanding stage>growing stage>budding stage.(3)There were significant differences in leaf longitudinal diameter,leaf transverse diameter,leaf area,petiole longitudinal diameter and leaf thickness among the five excellent strains of K.coccinea(P<0.05).There were significant differences between palisade tissue and spongy tissue(P<0.05).The development degree of palisade tissue was Huawei-BB02>HL03>ZH01>FH02>CM05.(4)There were significant differences in photosynthetic parameters among the five excellent strains of K.coccinea(P<0.05).The net photosynthetic rate ranged from 4.16 to 8.82 umol·mol-2s-1.The order from high to low was Huawei-FH02>BB02>HL03>CM05>ZH01.FH02 strain can be regarded as a high light efficiency strain of K.coccinea.(5)There were significant differences in chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b ratio among the five excellent strains of K.coccinea(P<0.05).The order of total chlorophyll content was Huawei-BB02>FH02>ZH01>CM05>HL03.(6)The fruit quality,longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,peel quality,soluble solids,soluble sugar,sugar acid ratio,soluble protein,seed number,seed oil content,palmitic acid,oleic acid and myristic acid of K.coccinea can be used as preliminary breeding indexes.(7)Huawei-BB02 strain has high economic quality,high light efficiency,high unsaturated fatty acid and multiple uses.It has the potential of both fresh food and seed oil,and has the best comprehensive properties.
