The Photosynthetic Characteristics And Quality Evaluation Of Different Varieties Of Fructus Chaenomelis

This paper selected Xuanzhou fructus chaenomelis varieties Zhimadian, Yizhou fructuschaenomelis varieties Yi Jin and Caozhou fructus chaenomelis varieties Douqing andShizitou as test material. The mainly photosynthetic parameters Pn, E, gs, Ci, WUE, Ls andchlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fs, Fm’, ΦPS Ⅱ, Fo, Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm, NPQof allvarieties of fructus chaenomelis’ leaves were measured both daily variation and dynamicchange. At the same time, the dynamic change based on of days after flowering of all kindsof bioactive substances including soluble sugar, soluble protein, titratable acid, SOD contentand Vc enzyme activity, total phenolic, flavonoid, anthocyanin in every varieties of fructuschaenomelis’ fruits, leaves and flowers were analysed.The main research results are as follows:1. The Pn’s seasonal variation of Caozhou fructus chaenomelis leaf presents single peakcurve, diurnal variation presents double peak curve with a clear midday depression by non-stomatal limitation lead to. While the Pn’s seasonal variation of Caozhou and Xuanzhoufructus chaenomelis leaf presents double peak curve, diurnal variation presents single peakcurve. The seasonal and diurnal variation of Eavp and WUE in all varieties of fructuschaenomelis’s leaves are similar with the Pn.2. While the most important factor affecting the Pn is Eavp, the WUE presentssignificant correlation with the Pn in all varieties of fructus chaenomelis.3. All varieties of fructus chaenomelis’s harvest period are divided into two gold periodnamed medicinal harvest and fruit harvest, and the former is picked off much earlier than isthe latter. The two harvest periods are determined respectively at120days and100daysafter anthesis for Yizhou fructus chaenomelis and Xuanzhou fructus chaenomelis whileCaozhou fructus chaenomelis is determined respectively at140days and160days afteranthesis.4. Yizhou fructus chaenomelis and Xuanzhou fructus chaenomelis are more suitable tobe developed medicinal and health food, such as fructus chaenomelis leaf tea and fructuschaenomelis wine, and shall harvest early in time. Then Caozhou fructus chaenomelis ismore suitable for developing fruit, give an example of preserved fruit and canned fruit, canbe harvest late relatively.
