Ground cover plants with good ecological characteristics,economic value and ornamental value become more and more important ways to improve the quality of urban landscaping.Compared with general ground cover plants,raw ground cover plants can not only enrich plant species for landscaping but also greatly conform to the local ecological benefits,which not only increase the characteristics of local urban landscaping but also make a certain contribution to the local economy.Therefore,it is more and more important to develop suitable and wild ground cover plants.In this study of wild Chinese cinquefoil herb is a plant germplasm resources in Shanxi Province to conduct a comprehensive investigation,of luliang the Pang Quang ditch nature reserve nature reserve of 7 kinds of wild Chinese potentilla herb community features,leaf p Hotosynthetic specificity and genetic diversity analysis,through the study of wild Chinese potentilla herb is a plant in Shanxi Province practice application in landscaping and seven kinds of Chinese potentilla herb on the molecular level research provide the basis of the theoretical basis of genetic diversity.The main results are:(1)The community characteristics of 7 species of potentilla are investigated by random sampling method,and the habitat soil is analyzed by potentiometric method.It was found that the altitude range of potentilla is 1420.00-1752.50 m.Soil is mostly sandy soil,soil neutral acid;The growth environment includes mountain grassland,shrub meadow,bush forest,open meadow and sunny slope.Based on the characteristics of each habitat,it can be seen that each genus has a strong drought resistance and a certain adaptability to light,and its distribution type is mostly scattered.The associated plants are mostly Gramineae,Ranunculaceae and Asteraceae Bercht & j.family(1820),which have rich species.(2)The leaf morp Hological characteristics of Potentilla L were studied by using the observation method.The phenotype of the leaf phenotype of seven kinds of Potentilla L was found to be complex,but it had obvious characteristics.Among them,the Potentilla bifurca and Potentilla freyniana Bornm and Potentilla reptans L.can be distinguished from the other Potentilla by the profile.Other Potentilla L can be identified by the hair condition of the leaves.(3)Paraffin section method is used to study the leaf anatomical structure features of Potentilla L,found that seven kinds of leaf anatomical structure features of Potentilla L.,each Potentilla L upper and lower epidermis are based on a single layer of cells,and the irregular circular,but always leaf thickness,epidermis and lower epidermis thickness,palisade tissue,spongy tissue and leaf looseness and leaf density there exist significant differences.However,the drought resistance of plants could not be accurately expressed by the characteristic expression rules.(4)The mature leaves of 7 species of Potentilla L.were determined by li-6400 p Hotosynthetic apparatus and the results were analyzed.It was found that there were significant differences among the photosynthetic parameters of 7 species of Potentilla L.Among the correlations of all indexes,except Pn and Ls,other photosynthetic indexes all had significant relations.The variation coefficient of the photosynthetic index of Potentilla L.ranged from 0.03 to 0.59,and the p Hotosynthetic genetic variation ranged from 0.11 to 0.27.According to the photosynthetic index,there were three kinds of Potentilla L..The photosynthetic rate of Potentilla L.was medium,the stomatal conductance was small,the stomatal limit was high and the water use efficiency was high.There were high photosynthetic rate,high stomatal conductance,medium stomatal limit value and medium water use efficiency in the two plants.There were low photosynthetic rate,low stomatal limit value,low water use efficiency and medium stomatal conductance in polygonum l.(5)Ezup column plant DNA extraction kit was used to extract DNA from 7 species of cerasus SPP.The extracted DNA concentration was higher.Among the 100 primers amplified by 11 primers,the ratio of polymorphism bands was 91.72%.The average number of alleles(Na),effective alleles,Shannon index and Nei's index were 1.56,1.37,0.32 and 0.21 respectively.The range of genetic distance was 0.11-0.46,the genetic distance was large,and the relationship between species was far.According to the results of cluster analysis,the 7 species were divided into three categories: Potentilla bifurca and Potentilla freyniana Bornm,Potentilla anserina L.and Potentilla supina L and Potentilla discolor and Potentilla multicaulis Bge.,Potentilla reptans L.
