Research On The Impact Of Rural Financial Development On Agricultural Modernization Based On Spatial Measurement

The country has always regarded the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers as the key issue in power.The No.1 document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2018,"Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy",established the rural revitalization strategy as a national strategy.To help build the most beautiful countryside.The key to the development of agricultural modernization is to promote the development of rural finance.Convenient transportation makes the interaction between the provinces more frequent,resulting in the spatial flow of rural financial elements gradually increasing.The increase in the spatial mobility of rural financial factors has necessitated a change in the spatial layout of agricultural modernization.Because with the flow of rural financial elements,the development of agricultural modernization space is bound to develop in the direction of organization,socialization and scale.Therefore,in order to adapt to this development trend,by studying the spatial impact of rural financial development on agricultural modernization,appropriate countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the spatial layout of agricultural modernization.However,the specific extent of the impact of rural finance on agricultural modernization under spatial agglomeration needs more in-depth research.As one of the four modernizations,agricultural modernization has developed for many years.Although great achievements have been made,due to the influence of social environment and national policies,an uneven development situation has gradually formed.The level of agricultural modernization in the east is higher than that in the central and western regions.Rural finance is the carrier of rural economic development.Therefore,to solve the problem of uneven development of agricultural modernization,the key is to develop rural finance.However,most of the traditional studies do not consider the influence of spatial factors.At present,due to frequent exchanges between regions,traditional methods cannot accurately analyze how rural finance affects agricultural modernization.Therefore,a spatial measurement method is used to analyze rural areas.The impact of finance on agricultural modernization.Based on the definition of the concepts of rural finance,agricultural modernization,and spatial econometric models,relevant analysis was performed.SPSS was used to evaluate the level of agricultural modernization in each province from 1998 to 2016,and the results were compared horizontally and vertically.The Moran index was also used to test whether agricultural modernization has spatial correlation.In order to clarify the spatial impact of rural finance on agricultural modernization,a spatial model including rural financial scale,structure,and efficiency was constructed.To further explain the spatial spillover effect,the direct and indirect effects of the SDM model were also analyzed.After qualitative and quantitative analysis,we put forward countermeasures that fully consider the space factors to optimize the allocation of production factors,improve rural financial efficiency,and avoid rural capital outflows.At the same time,we must build a reasonable rural financial structure,strengthen the vitality of rural financial markets,and make agriculture Balanced development of modernization.
