Spatial Econometric Study And The Coordinated Development Of The New Urbanization And The Agricultural Modernization Of Huanghuai's Four Cities

China's new urbanization has entered a new stage of development,and the development of agricultural modernization has been highly concerned by the government and the society.The development of new urbanization can not only premote the transformation of the mode of agricultural management,but also transfer a large number of rural surplus labor force.The development of agricultural modernization provides a solid material foundation for the development of new urbanization.New urbanization is the source of power for economic sustainable development.While changing the way of urban development and promoting the expansion of urban scale,the necessary way of China's comprehensive development is improving the quliaty of urban synchronization and adhering to the saving,green,environmental protection,urban and rural coordinated development of the new-type urbanization road.The coordinated development between new urbanization and agricultural modernization is the only way of realizing the comprehensive construction well-off.The paper takes 37 counties in Huanghuai's four cities as an example,and makes a further study on its new urbanization and agricultural modernization's development states,the mechnisms of interaction and coupling coordination.At last,It can analysis the main factors of Huanghuai's four cities that influencing the new urbanization and agricultural modernization,which is of a great significance on driving Huanghuai's economic sustainable development,improving the living standard of residents and speeding up the process of building a well-off society.Firstly,Through understanding the connotation of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization,The paper is to build Huanghuai's index system of comprehensive development level of the new urbanization and agricultural respectively combined with the principles of comprehensive index system construction.It is also measure them synthetically based on Entropy Method.The results show that the new urbanization's coprehensive development standard of Huanghuai's four cities has been improving constinuously from 2001 to 2014.The cities whose whole development level is the highest is Xinyang cities.Shangqiu cities is the second.Zhoukou cities is the fastest-growing economy.Zhumadian cities is the second.From the level of county unit,The cities of the largest growth is Yongcheng.The comprehensive scores of the new urbanization in 2014 is 18.1% higer than the scores in 2001.The rate of increase of Luyi county,Suiping county,Queshan county,Zhecheng county and Xin county is more than 15%.Secondly,Messure the coupling degreee of Huanghuai's four cities' s new urbanization and agricultural modernization using coupling degreee model.It turned out that Huanghuai's four cities' s coupling degree has a up-trend totally during this period.While the development level of coupling degree of county unit is very low.Zhoukou cities is in the primary coordination stage.Most county unit is in the disordered stage.The iternal differences are increasing year by year.The difference between the highest and the lowest is only 0.234,reaching 0.289 by 2014.Thirdly,Throngh calculating Getis-Ord General G index,The coupling degree of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization is tested generally in the 37 counties of Huanghuai's four cities in 2014.The Getis-Ord General G index is positive number,which is less than expected value.What's more,the composite scores of Z are all negetive number.This showed the coupling degree of every unit county of Huanghuai's four cities is low clustering in space.Throngh messuring the coupling degree's changing situation of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization in the cold and hot concentrated area,The results show that hot spots are mainly distributed around Zhumadian cities,Miyang county,Queshan county.The sub hot spot has a large change during the research,which is mainly distributed southwest of Shanghai and every county of Shangqiu.The range of sub cold spot is very large,and it also has a large change during the research.It is mainly distributed in Zhongkou cities and north of Xinyang.The change of cold spot is relatively small and the distribution is more concentrented,which is mainly distributed in the junction of Zhoukou cities,Zhumadian cities and Xinyang cities.Fourthly,Test the coupling degree's influencing factors of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization of Huanghuai's four cities by using the empirical model.The results of spatial lag models and volumetric error models are obtained by using STATA12.0 software.Throngh comprehensive contrast analysis,It can be divided into spatial fixation effect,time fixation effect,space fixation effect and random effect.The results show that volumetric error models of the space fixation effect is best.Every influence factor of the coupling degree of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization is forward.According to the extent of inflence,They are in ture urbanization rate,industrial structure,per capita GDP,agricultual labor productivity,industrialized rate,agricultural ficial expenditure proportion.
