Research On The Ecological Operation Mechanism Of Regional Science And Technology Resource Sharing Platform

A new round of the revolution of science and technology in the whole world,only through science and technology resources of agglomeration,the innovation main body together to occupy the commanding heights of science and technology,as a result,regional resource sharing platform of science and technology as an important carrier of science and technology resources agglomeration and the supply and demand docking hub,as well as the interests between innovation subjects coordinator and government decision-making support system,its importance is more and more prominent.Although,regional resource sharing platform of science and technology to a certain extent,make some effective management and use of resources of science and technology,but the fission in the science and technology resources has increased demand for science and technology under the background of complication of continuous,personalized,imperfect platform system and mechanism,etc,as well as the content and the lack of personalized service function,cause the sharing platform interactive not unobstructed,contribution to innovation chain is not enough,from the impact on the whole service function and the effective utilization of resources into full play,this is largely restricted the pace of scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,this paper draws lessons from the concept of ecological de velopment,and in view of the sustainable development goals,reveals the ecological operation mechanism of regional science and technology resource sharing platform,establishes the ecological operation mechanism,and provides new ideas and new directions for the development of the platform.This paper,guided by the concept of ecological development,combined with the existing theoretical research results of the sharing platform,took the ecological operation mechanism as the research content,and made in-depth analysis by using the relevant theories of systematics,self-organization,ecology and order parameters.Firstly,the concept of platform ecologicalization is defined,and the "dead" platform can be avoided only by platform ecologicalization.The platform ecologicalization system is analyzed from the perspective of ecology,and the symbiosis coefficient influencing factor model is established and simulated by studying the symbiosis process of platform population,so as to reveal the platform ecologicalization operation mechanism.Then,from the practical application level,it constructs the platform's self-growing operation dynamic mechanism,self-circulation information transmission mechanism,selforganizing interest guarantee mechanism,self-running coordination control mechanism and other ecological operation mechanisms,and adopts the system dynamics for simulation analysis.Finally,empirical research is carried out with Heilongjiang Province's scientific and technological resource sharing platfor m as the research object,and the status of the platform is analyzed.On this basis,the application research of ecological operation mechanism and the operation effect are analyzed.This study not only for the sustainable development of regional resource sharing platform of science and technology to provide new ideas and new direction,to relevant government decision-making and the management strategy of platform regulators provide certain guidance,at the same time is conducive to the original between science and technology innovation chain with each other,reconstruction and optimization of science and technology innovation system,development strategy to provide effective support for innovation drive.
