Research On Construction And Operation Mechanism Of Regionalinnovation System Based On Ecology Theory

With the proposition of strategic decision about building an innovation-oriented country and the implementation of regional revitalization plan, the enhancement of regional innovation ability has become a core mission. As a vector of regional innovation ability, the level of construction and development about regional innovation system has increasingly become the key factor on promoting competitives of region. As an important component of national technology innovation project, regional innovation system plays increasingly important roles in many aspects, including integration of regional innovation resources, promotion of innovation capability about enterprise, construction of national innovation system and combination of technology and economy.Research on economy and management with ecology theory is increasingly recognized by theoretical and academic circle. The similarity of structure and function between regional innovation system and the natural ecosystem makes it feasible to apply ecology theory to reinterpret regional innovation system. When regional innovation system is playing more important role all over the world, the ecological pattern of development has become world frontiers and hot issues nowadays. Thus, by taking ecology theory for reference, it is of important theoretical significance to enhance operation effect of regional innovation system. Firstly, this dissertation introduces the theoretical foundation, analyzes and reviews on research status of regional innovation system at home and abroad. Secondly, this dissertation discribes the connotation and function of regional innovation system, analyzes the ecological characteristics of regional innovation system; this dissertation constructs structural model of regional innovation system with based on ecology theory, then puts forwards operation mechanism, including dynamic mechanism, nutrition supply mechanism, metabolism mechanism and competing&cooperating mechanisms. And then, this dissertation establishs the evaluation index system and method of operation effect about regional innovation system from ecology view based on evaluation thoughts and methods of natural ecosystems. Finally, this dissertation evaluates operation effect of regional innovation system from 20 provinces and puts forwards countermeasures and suggestions according to evaluation results. The research of dissertation will provide method supports of construction and management of regional innovation system, and will promote sustainable development of economy and innovation ability of region.
