Assessment Of Land Space Utilization Quality And Its Coupling And Coordination Based On The Three Eco-space Concept

The quality of land use is the hotspot of the current research.Based on the new requirements of the sustainable development of economic and social resources and environment,this paper analyzes the concept of land space and the use of quality evaluation from the perspective of land production-life-ecological space The connotation and the quality of land and space utilization are the utilization efficiency and output efficiency of the product through the practice activities,the realistic state of the land and space,the economic development and the social harmony and the supporting ability.At the same time,the evaluation of the quality of land use is based on the sustainable development of human society.The evaluation of the production space,living space and the utilization state,efficiency and effect of the ecological space is carried out to promote the economic,social and ecological to ensure the healthy development of regional green.This paper divides the land space into production space,living space and ecological space from the more macroscopic regional level,from the realistic state of the land space and the guarantee of economic development and social harmony.The spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics of the three-generation space utilization and the coupling coordination degree of the urban agglomeration in southern Jiangsu during the period of 2005 to 2014 were studied by using the method of entropy method and comprehensive evaluation to evaluate and analyze.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)During the ten years,the quality of land use and living space utilization of the urban agglomeration in southern Jiangsu showed an increasing trend,while the quality of land use ecological space showed a declining trend,among which Zhenjiang and Nanjing were the land production and living space utilization quality and growth rate The largest city,Changzhou is the land of the lowest quality and lowest utilization of the city;the overall quality of land and space utilization has basically maintained an upward trend,and Nanjing since 2008 has become the regional land and space use the highest quality and largest increase in the city The Jiangsu Province and Wuxi City,Zhenjiang City and Changzhou City is relatively low,and Nanjing is in the basic coordination type,Suzhou City and Wuxi City,Jiangsu Province,Suzhou City,Wuxi City,City in the basic uncoordinated-the basic coordination of excessive type,Zhenjiang City and Changzhou City in the basic uncoordinated type.(2)The change of land use space utilization from the regional and all kinds of land use space reflects the objective reality of the transformation of agricultural development mode and the increase of high efficiency agricultural investment in recent years in southern Jiangsu.The occurrence of regional agricultural land resources is closely related.The change of land use space utilization is a comprehensive reflection of the level of economic development,urbanization rate and traffic convenience.Nanjing,although its economic development level is lower than that of Suzhou Wuxi,its population concentration as the capital city and the hub of transportation hub The quality of living space is improving rapidly.The change of quality of land use ecological space is mainly due to the decrease of ecological land area and the expansion of construction land and the decrease of coverage index.The temporal and spatial characteristics of the comprehensive utilization of land and space are the comprehensive reflection of the quality of land use and utilization.Nanjing,Suzhou and Wuxi show high quality because of their contribution to the quality of land and ecological space utilization,indicating that the output of construction land Efficiency,urbanization and ecological land size are the key factors affecting the comprehensive quality of land use.The results show that there are similar trends in the quality of comprehensive utilization of land and space,and the quality of the three types of land is higher than that of the three types of quality with showing a higher level of coordination.(3)The regional differences in the quality of land use in the southern Jiangsu urban agglomeration showed two different quality levels,among which Nanjing,Suzhou and Wuxi were the best regional types of quality,while the quality levels of Zhenjiang and Changzhou were relatively lower.In addition,its good ecological endowment and industrial transformation and upgrading caused by low pollution emissions,such as Nanjing has more than 60%of the country's land,and its high ecological development and high industrial development,The contribution of the area of low hill and postganglionic resources to the large area of Wuxi,Wuxi,the contribution of the surface of the soil to make the quality of its ecological space to maintain a high level.Therefore,for the relatively low quality of Zhenjiang and Changzhou,while maintaining its agricultural production advantages,should be further through the industrial transformation and upgrading,improve the quality of life of land and space utilization and reduce pollution emissions to improve the land and space use of the ecological quality.
