The relationship between the port and the city has always been one of the areas of research that the academic community at home and abroad pay close attention to.With the further study of the relationship between the port and the city,scholars have not only revealed the historical process of continuous changes between the ports and cities,but also explored the internal mechanism of the interaction between the ports and cities.The relationship between the port and the city affects each other.The development of the port promotes the progress of the city to a certain extent.The prosperity of the city will also lead to the optimization and upgrading of the port.Based on the relevant theoretical studies of ports and cities,this paper combines the actual situation in the Bohai Sea region to establish a port-city evaluation index system,and uses the DS weight synthesis method to evaluate the development status of ports and cities in 2003,2008,and 2013.Through the construction of the coupling coordination model,the analysis of the spatial-temporal evolution of the coupled degree of coordination between nuclear density and Arc GIS for 17 port cities in the Bohai Rim region was conducted.At the same time,the restrictive factors and dynamic mechanisms of the coordinated development of ports and cities were studied.This paper analyzes and studies the coupling and coordination of ports and urban systems in the Bohai Rim region,and provides important theoretical support for the study of the development of port cities.The development of ports and cities in the Bohai Rim region is still in an uncoordinated state.It should be based on the stage of coupling and coordination of the port cities,and corresponding measures should be formulated to narrow the gap,promote the development of ports and cities,and realize the development of ports in the Bohai Rim region.System coupling.The research content of this paper is divided into six chapters,mainly including: The first chapter mainly describes the research background and significance of this article,and introduces the relevant research progress at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly introduces the related theories and research methods of the relationship between the port and the city.According to the actual situation of the Bohai Rim region and the principles and methods of selecting indicators,the index system is selected and constructed.The third chapter introduces the general situation of the study area from two aspects: the development of the port and the development of the city.Using the coupling coordination model,the situation of the coupling of the port and the city in the Bohai Rim region is obtained,and the time difference and space of the coupling coordination are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the differences,the spatial combination of types was finally carried out based on the degree of coupling and degree of coupling coordination.The fourth chapter analyzes the spatial-temporal difference model of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree,classifies the coupling coordination degree,and systematically analyzes the constraints and dynamic mechanisms of ports and cities.Chapter 5 provides inspiration and suggestions for the coupling and coordination of port cities in the Bohai Rim region from two perspectives of development of international and domestic port cities.The sixth chapter mainly analyzes the empirical part of the study,draws the main conclusions of this article,and discusses the development of the relationship between the port city and the Bohai Rim region,and analyzes the deficiencies of the study.
