Urbanization is the inevitable process of industrialization to a certain stage.At present,China is vigorously promoting the construction of urbanization,constantly narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,breaking down the barriers of urban-rural dual structure,and small towns as an important node connecting urban and rural areas.Its construction and development will be an important part in the process of urbanization.In 2016,the country selected the first batch of small towns with characteristics,which provides a new way of thinking for the construction of small towns in China.Taking small towns with manufacturing characteristics as an example,this paper studies the coupling relationship between industrial development and urban space,establishes an evaluation system of coupling coordination degree,and makes a quantitative analysis of the coupling coordination degree between them.Based on the results of the research and data,suggestions and suggestions are provided for the development of small towns with manufacturing characteristics in the future.Firstly,this paper chooses Wuzhen,Puyuan,Liucheng and Lujia as research cases,taking the time of urban industry and industry germination as the starting point to study the process of manufacturing small town industry development and urban space.By comparing and analyzing the development difference between manufacturing small towns and manufacturing characteristic small town,this paper provides an objective factual basis for further exploring the coupling relationship,and sums up the coupling relationship between them,including its dynamic factors.Mechanism and manifestation of action.On the basis of qualitative research on the coupling relationship,this paper selects the research factors of industrial development and urban space as the index,and sets up the evaluation system of the coordination degree between the industrial development and the spatial coupling of small towns with manufacturing characteristics.Ten small towns with special characteristics are selected as the research samples,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model are substituted in,the results of coupling coordination degree of ten characteristic small towns are classified by cluster analysis,and the development status of small towns in different stages is studied.And the industrial and spatial characteristics of each stage of small towns are compared and summarized.In the empirical study,the author chooses Dadang Town,which is a sample of ten small towns with special characteristics,to carry out in-depth analysis,and studies the coupling relationship between the coupling coordination degree and the industrial development and the urban space of Dadang Town.The results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of coupling degree are summarized,and the advantages of existing industry and urban construction are summarized.The theoretical model based on global value chain provides suggestions for the development of industry.Land use and traffic structure provide some optimization strategies for the development of urban space in Datang Town.The main conclusions of this paper can be applied to the qualitative analysis of the spatial coupling relationship between industry and town and the quantitative evaluation of coupling coordination degree,and provide a certain theoretical basis for the stage classification planning of small towns with manufacturing characteristics.
