Food security is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. It is an important foundation for national security, social stability and economic development. The main food-producing area is an important base for grain production in China.Promoting a steady increase in the basic grain production capacity in this region will not only promote the growth of grain production quality and efficiency, but also contribute to the sustainable development of a griculture, and it is very important for safeguarding national food security. It is of great significance.Based on the idea about sustainable development of agriculture, grain production in particular needs to be focused on the combination of long-term and short-term benefits.Actually, with the increase of grain production, the environment of grain production in the main grain producing areas of our country is gradually deteriorating. In the long term, the food security situation in China is not optimistic. Therefore,in order to explore the relationship between the grain production and the environment in the main grain producing areas of China,we select 13 provinces of China's main grain producing areas for the research. The environmental efficiency of grain production in the main grain producing areas of China is measured and analyzed by the method of DEA.It shows that the overall spatial and temporal fluctuation of grain production efficiency in the main grain producing areas of China is large, showing a trend of increasing and then decreasing. And the coordination relationship between grain output and environment is becoming worse and worse between provinces in China's grain main producing areas.According to this,In consideration of data characterist ics, effectiveness and availability,we have used the panel data of 13 provinces in the main grain producing areas of China in the past 2007-2015 years and the Tobit model to analyze the influence factors based on the theoretical research.According to the analysis, the environmental efficiency of grain production is affected by many factors. The main conclusions include the following two aspects: Firstly,on the micro level. The grain production is determined by the producer's behavior. The adjustment of t he quantity and structure of the input elements such as grain labor, grain sowing area, chemical fertilizer input and agricultural machinery is the most direct factor that affects the environmental efficiency of grain production.Secondly, urbanization development, rural economic development, financial support for agriculture expenditure, grain planting structure and natural disasters and other macroeconomic regulation and external environmental conditions will also significantly affect the efficiency of grain production in China's main grain producing areas. Therefore, this paper proposes to strengthen the financial support agriculture system in the main grain-producing areas, and adapt to local conditions, adjust and optimize grain planting structure, take into account the development of urbanization and the improvement of rural human capital, strict implementation of dual drug control policies, strengthen the government management, enterprise and university cooperation to promote the technology of agricultural.Strengthen the cooperation between governments, enterprises and universities, and promote the design,R&D and technology promotion of agricultural production technologies through complementary advantages and full use of resources. We will innovate green agriculture development methods, promote the integration of urban and rural industries, increase the sources of income for rural residents, strengthen the management and protection of cultivated land, and establish long-term mechanisms for the control of agricultural non-point source pollution.
